Supreme Court Rules For Terrorists in one of the Darkest moments in U.S. History

Thursday, June 12th, 2008

The victims of 9/11 had no trial, no judge, no lawyers. Yet they were instantly executed by incineration, falling from the trade towers (or being forced to jump), or being blown to little pieces by some of the very terrorists who await military trial at the Guantanamo Bay detention center. Despite those hard facts, Our liberal friends on the supreme court have just given foreign terrorists rights that I can guarantee that you would not have in THEIR native countries. If you were suspected of terror in some of these middle eastern countries you would not even make it to jail before your head was rolling around without you in some dark alley or slaughter house. They have also given them rights that they do not deserve by any stretch of the imagination. They are NOT US citizens, & do not have rights under our constitution, no matter what these moronic so-called “justices” have done.

Now, our supreme court as a whole has betrayed the victims of 9/11, their families, our nation, & completely failed the United States citizens who entrusted them with protecting US & OUR RIGHTS, instead of giving those rights over to foreign enemy combatants.

In a despicable act of omission most major media outlets have whitewashed the story leaving out justice Anthony Scalia’s ominous prediction & statement: Scalia: “The Nation will live to regret what the Court has done today. I dissent.”

What highest court has done, is it has forgotten the lessons of 9/11. Sadly, what it will probably take is for the idiots who we’ve allowed into our court system & government to see thousands more of our citizens murdered in another large scale terror attack. Even then, they may be too far gone to learn any object lesson at this point.

Scalia also said the following in his dissenting opinion:

“The game of bait-and-switch that today’s opinion plays upon the Nation’s Commander in Chief will make the war harder on us. It will almost certainly cause more Americans to be killed.”

Your nation’s sovereignty is being hauled off in tiny bits like ants stealing from a picnic, & most of America is oblivious to it happening. This is a very sad day for what was once a great & sovereign country, but is now being eroded to mediocrity by Liberals with no courage. The ACLU have become like legalized domestic terrorists, & are destroying this country from within, & the general population is letting them do it by continuing to vote for liberals like them. Someday fairly soon, they will all see how deceived they’ve been, but it will be too late. The only way out then, will be another civil war, as this nation’s legal system is now being stolen out from under its own citizens by insane & corrupt liberals who’s educational qualifications far, FAR outweigh their moral integrity. Problem is, most Americans have become too passive & spoiled, & would not appear to have the stomach to fight against a rogue Government. We as a nation have let the enemies of mankind infiltrate several of our most critical systems of government, & now we will all have to pay for it dearly. We are beginning to see the fruits of Liberal Labor against their own country in the gas prices we are paying now. If you think this is bad, Just wait until liberals sell us out to the whims of muslim nations who control most of the oil. Remember, it is liberals who are keeping us from drilling for our own on our own soil.

We are certainly a nation that has regressed in the name of “progress” & become lost. May God help us, as only he can.

Gunning for your Rights; Will the Men In Black Choose The Constitution?

Tuesday, March 18th, 2008

It’s a REALLY big day for those of us who know we have the right to bear arms for protection. The question is, will the Supreme Court Justices side with the people & the strict constitutionalists? Or will they go the way of the revisionist historians who have twisted the phrase from the first amendment which reads: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…” to mean that Christians, Christian values, or Religion itself, should have no say in Government, which of course is bunk, since we have throughout much of our nation’s history sworn in our officials on the Holy Christian Bible, marked our court documents with the phrase “in the year of Our Lord ” (Drives insane liberals even more insane) ect..

If the Justices do their job without prejudice, the following constitutional phrase will be confirmed as an individual right to bear arms: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

Revisionist historians will try to say of course that a “militia” is not an individual. This is of course not true. If you look at the definition below at the Merriam-Webster definitions, you’ll see that not only does the first definition (a.) call a militia “a part of the organized armed forces of a country liable to call only in emergency”, but the latin also defines it simply as “military service”. This means that even if the “militia” argument is used, we are still individual components of any militia, with a right to bear arms. There is no definition in the Constitution that defines how many people must be in a militia, or even how many militias may operate within a given state.

Main Entry: mi·li·tia
Function: noun
Etymology: Latin, military service, from milit-, miles
Date: 1625
1 a:a part of the organized armed forces of a country liable to call only in emergency b: a body of citizens organized for military service
2: the whole body of able-bodied male citizens declared by law as being subject to call to military service

It then follows that if you look at the definition of “military”, it’s also clear that any individual can indeed fit the bill.

Main Entry: mil·i·tary
Pronunciation: \ˈmi-lə-ˌter-ē\
Function: adjective
Etymology: Middle English, from Latin militaris, from milit-, miles soldier
Date: 15th century

1 a: of or relating to soldiers, arms, or war b: of or relating to armed forces; especially : of or relating to ground or sometimes ground and air forces as opposed to naval forces
2 a: performed or made by armed forces b: supported by armed force
3: of or relating to the army

So in conclusion, it’s clear to me that we do indeed have a right to bear arms as individuals. Nothing the Supreme Court says will change that fact, but rather my prediction is that their decision will just be another factor that state militias will likely use to determine whether or not they should mobilize against rogue forces in our government. I don’t think any sane person would want that to happen, so the hope is that the court will not agree to infringe upon the rights of United States citizens. It would be a very dangerous trend to follow for this country. ~Dan Lee

A Nation Gone Under?

Thursday, March 6th, 2008

By Mrs. Deadken

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”

That’s it. One little sentence. You will not find the words “separation of church and state” anywhere in the Constitution. The desire of our Founding Fathers was to prevent any single denomination (ie: only Catholic, only Lutheran, only Baptist, etc.) from ruling our nation - but they never intended for Christianity and Christian principles be removed from public affairs.

According to John Jay, the original Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court – and one of the three men most responsible for our Constitution: “Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty – as well as the privilege and interest – of our CHRISTIAN NATION to select and prefer Christians for their rulers.”

Benjamin Rush, a signer of the Declaration of Independence and the first Founder to call for free public schools, stated: “The only foundation for a useful education is to be laid in religion. Without this there can be no virtue, and without virtue there can be no liberty, and liberty is the object and life of all republican governments.”

John Quincy Adams stressed that Christian principles and the American civil government were tied together in what he called an “indissoluble bond”. However, we are seeing that bond being chipped away left and right. Beginning with, and striking at the heart of our country, two court decisions in 1962 and 1963, removing prayer and Bible from public education.

In his book, “America: To Pray Or Not to Pray?” David Barton gives charts, tables and graphs to show exactly how fast and how far our country has declined since the 1962/63 court rulings. It is VERY important to keep in mind that the numbers were stable prior to 1962 and that these stats are per capita. Here are some of the findings:

*Divorce rates are up 120% (source: National Center for Health Statistics, Vital Statistics)

*Suicide rates have increased 253% (source: National Center for Health Statistics, Vital Statistics)

*Child abuse is up 345% (source: Statistical Abstracts of the United States)

*Cases of sexually transmitted diseases among 10-14 year olds have increased by almost 400% (source: Center for Disease Control)

*Teen pregnancies have increased over 400% (source: Department of Health and Human Services)

*Violent crime is up 660% (source: Statistical Abstracts of the United States, and the Department of Commerce, Census Bureau).

*Premarital sexual activity among 15 year olds alone has increased almost 1000% (source: Family Planning Perspectives)

*Illegal drug use has increased 1,375% (source: Statistical Abstracts of the United States)

By uprooting God from our classrooms, from our government, we are removing history, hope and truth. Our nation needs to recognize what was acknowledged by our Founding Fathers, and expressed so well by Abraham Lincoln: “The truth announced in the Holy Scripture, and proven by all history is that: ‘Only those nations are blessed whose God is the Lord’ “.

“If we ever forget that we are one nation under God, we will become a nation gone under.” ~Ronald Reagan
