Rick Warren’s televised two hour question and answer session with Sen. McCain and Sen. Obama was the most interesting and informative event that I have seen involving either candidate’s participation.
There has been speculation as to whether or not Sen. Obama was raised as a Muslim or as a Christian as a young child. I have heard unconfirmed reports of both. The unscripted manner in which Sen. Obama answered the questions directed at him has shown me that Sen. Obama spent his early years as a Muslim.
My conclusion is not based on the content of his answers. Sen. Obama’s answers were very much in line with the liberal thinking of the far left of his political party and do not reflect traditional Muslim values. The interesting quality of Sen. Obama’s answers is all the evidence needed to see Obama’s method of thinking and expressing his thoughts.
The Qur’an is considered infallible by faithful Muslims and it is the core of not just Islam, but of the lives of all Islamic people. Young Muslim boys learn to read by reciting the Qur’an and through repetition, they develop rudimentary sight-reading that further formulates into more sophisticated mental processes of translating the written word into ideas and speech. Non-Muslims who learn by sight reading learn exactly the same way.
The point where Muslims and non-Muslims part in their early learning processes is in the reading material itself. The Qur’an is infallible. It is full of contradictions and leaps of logic, but it must be considered infallible nonetheless. When young minds in their formative years are drilled for hours every day, year in and year out, on reading materials that are self-contradictory, they learn to recite whole ideas without the use of critical thinking.
Young Muslims learn to memorize groups of words that represent whole ideas, but they do not learn to synthesize ideas from experiences.
When Sen. McCain was asked a variety of questions, he answered by reflecting upon his own experience and he applied it to the subject at hand. McCain’s answers were grounded in his life as an adoptive father, a prisoner of war, an individual who has seen the ugly face of war, witnessed the courage of men who risked their lives for freedom under McCain’s leadership, and as a man whose faith kept him alive during the most trying times that anyone could endure.
A long lifetime of facing difficult decisions has led Sen. McCain to some conclusions that I personally disagree with, but they have been made through a balanced and self-consistent thinking process. McCain’s answers were not based on dogma. His strong will and his purposeful intentions to do what is right instead of what is popular or what the party line has demanded are a result of his intellectual strength.
When Sen. Obama answered the same questions each and every response was a whole idea that anyone could have pulled from a variety of written sources. Some of his answers were based on Bible verses, some were from his political party’s platform, and some were from the left wing ideology of his supporters and speech writers.
There was nothing in any of Obama’s answers that convinced me that he is capable of processing ideas through critical thinking. He is a reflection of his living environment and not a master of it. Sen. Obama has shown in this situation that he is very capable of communicating the ideas of the left, but he has also displayed an inability to use the value of his personal life experience to synthesize his own perspective on any of the subjects covered in his question and answer session with Rick Warren.
This form of truncated intellect that allows one to retrieve detailed blocks of words without deliberation is a hallmark of Islamic style education. The blind acceptance of ideas as individual units with no consideration of the fact that they may contradict other blindly accepted ideas is a necessary component to Islam because it is the only way that the Qur’an can remain infallible.
The cornerstone of Western thinking and education is the Judeo-Christian tradition of observation, inquiry, and critical thought. Islamic style thinking and education is based completely on rote memory.
Sen. McCain’s answers to Warren’s questions were clearly based on what he had learned from life. Sen. Obama’s answers to the same questions were clearly based on what he had memorized from others.

Dan Lee comments:
I’m being honest about my own feelings here. Watching the following video, & considering Bret’s analysis, I’m just plain frightened for my country now. How did this guy even get this far? Warning, some graphic images:
We knew to was coming, but I’m disappointed (so far) at the lack of counter opinions on many of the media/movie review sites.
I mean I know that this is due in part to the fact that most Conservatives have children to take care of, (because they didn’t abort them all) & because they have jobs they need to go to instead of having their hand out as a Liberal minion, or being one of those who spend their all time making sure the successful vote buying of the Democrats continues. I realize that these who collect welfare at the expense of those who are at work all day, do have more time to sit home & write more negative reviews on Ben Stein’s brilliant movie “Expelled”. However, we need to take time to defend truth, since these attackers are only interested in squashing it to protect their world views, their Government grants, & their welfare checks.
One thing that has been missed in the debate is this; How can you advocate liberal style “separation” of church & state, & then dutifully investigate intelligent design as a so called “scientist”?
The answer is, you can’t! Something has to give, or you don’t get any grant money. This is one of the reasons they hate the idea, & would rather stay in their little financial & ideological comfort zones!
The fact that these people don’t like the movie doesn’t bother me. What bothers me is the blatant lying they do while writing their reviews. Like one reviewer on Apple.com who said; “Darwin didn’t cause the Holocaust.” Nowhere in Stein’s movie does he say that Darwinism alone was sufficient to lead to the events. In fact, in the movie Stein himself says that though many of the principles of Darwin were believed by Hitler, he doesn’t think that was the only factor that led to the Holocaust. Other’s interviewed in the movie came to the same conclusion.
What is amazing to me is how badly todays Scientists have turned on science itself, & traded in the principled questioning & searching for answers, for the protection of their own political, social or religious ideologies. For instance, like it or not, their atheism is a “faith” of sorts. It takes faith to believe anything that you weren’t around to see. Scientists & Darwinists can cry all they want but that’s a fact they can’t change no matter how hard they try.
Most notably in Steins movie, the flagship or Darwinism Richard Dawkins is cornered by logic itself, into admitting that Intelligent design is possible. On a comical note though, he feebly tries to save face for the movement by suggesting that a superior race of beings could have created the first cell & then disappeared. Yes, he actually suggested Aliens were possibly responsible, but yet he call those who believe in God delusional?
Huh? If they were superior to us or God, then where did they go? & where did they come from in the first place? What did they make the cell from?
Very disappointing showing by Mr. Dawkins to say the least. It was almost sad to watch him reduced to intellectual cannon fodder by Ben Stein.
In any case, you need to ignore the flood of leftist reviews that are trying to slander the movie, & silence it. (You know, those leftist champions of free speech & the media.)
Yes, they want to silence Ben Stein, & anyone who they don’t agree with. The movie stands on it’s own, & I’d encourage anyone to go see it & make up your own mind, instead of listening to fascist liberals who will go as far as to blatantly lie about it, to convince people not to go.
I do however also encourage you to look around the web & read their venomous reviews. Ask yourself why they are so angry? Why so viscous? What are they so afraid of? If the movie is so ridiculous & pointless as they claim, then why are they spending their time defending Darwin & attacking Ben Stein’s “Expelled” so veraciously?
It’s because they want to pontificate to you about what’s suitable for your viewing, & tell you what you should watch. Didn’t Hitler burn books? Create a state run media? Try to control the knowledge & communication?
Go see the movie while you live in a country where you can make up your own mind. Because if you don’t? There will come a day where the right you didn’t exercise, becomes a right you’ve lost.
Ben Stein’s new movie about the fascism in the science community, that bars free speech, & any questioning pf Darwinism, will be opening in theaters this Friday April 18, 2008.
This is a must see movie, & especially so for those closed minded atheists that are so fearfully attacking it. People always react violently to things they fear, or they run from it. It’s the fight or flight response. A panic attack of sorts you see.. Seasoned professional Therapists will tell you however, that you should face your fears to overcome them. So come on out all ye haters of creationism! Open your minds to the possibility that you really have been closed minded little trolls, who hide behind the faux premise that you are objective research scientists! Come see the movie! What can it hurt? After all, most of you feel that you know everything there is to know already right?
~Dan Lee
“The fact of evolution is the backbone of biology, and biology is thus in the peculiar position of being a science founded on an improved theory, is it then a science or faith?” ~ Charles Darwin
“The fanatical atheists are like slaves who are still feeling the weight of their chains which they have thrown off after hard struggle. “The fanatical atheists,” he wrote in a letter, “are like slaves who are still feeling the weight of their chains which they have thrown off after hard struggle. They are creatures who–in their grudge against traditional religion as the ‘opium of the masses’– cannot hear the music of the spheres.” That’s worthy of repeating: “They are creatures who–in their grudge against traditional religion as the ‘opium of the masses’– cannot hear the music of the spheres.” ~Albert Einstein
Barack said then:
Years of abandonment by successive Clinton and Bush administrations have made the people of small town Pennsylvania so “bitter” they “cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them”.
Barack says now:
“I am amused about this notion of elitist, given that when you’re raised by a single mom, when you’re on food stamps for a while when you were growing up, you went to school on scholarship….”
“So when somebody makes that argument, particularly given that I spent my entire life working with workers, low-income communities to try to make people’s lives a little bit better, then that’s when you know we’re in political silly season.”
Dan Lee says:
So you’re “amused” that people are dumb enough to think your an elitist huh? Wouldn’t that be the kind of reaction an elitist might have? Amusement at the percieved stupiditiy of others that might believe you’re an elitist? Have you considered that maybe they are right based on your reaction?
Here’s your free clue Mr. Obama:
When they called you an “elitist” they weren’t talking about back when you were a schoolboy, they are talking about what you have become.. In other words, what you are RIGHT NOW.”
P.S. I will personally admit that I am an “elitist” of sorts, because I believe that Conservatives are far superior in almost every way to Liberals. That is unless you’re looking for a politician who can increase the Government’s tax revenue, & the people’s tax burden. In that case they have us beat with one hand tied behind their backs. I do however believe that our elite status is subject & subservient to almighty God, who is the King of the elite, & the King of Kings.
But them I’m probably clinging to “religion” too much in Obama’s opinion.. Egads!!! We’re sorry King Barack Hussein Obama!! Not…
“We live in the first country in the world to have a Constitutional guarantee of free speech, yet it is being eliminated in the place where we need it most – our colleges and universities.” ~R.C. Sproul
Our educational system is experiencing a closing of the mind, as liberal fascists are discouraging inquiry into the topics that they have deemed “off limits”. The consequences for dissent can be devastating (please see videos below). To the detriment of our society, we are seeing less debate (ie: critical thinking) and more brainwashed sheeple. While there are many subjects that the left have placed on the taboo table, one of the most damaging is the Theory of Evolution. Why is this subject no longer up for debate? I believe that evolutionists are afraid to expose the extreme flaws in evolution, which would in turn expose their bias: many hold faith in evolution because it makes them feel morally comfortable. If we arrived from primordial goo, and God does not exist, we can all live by our own feel-good-agenda. By ruling out God, evolutionists can avoid His rules. However, when we violate God’s rules, we are not only self destructive, but dangerous to our fellow man as well (more on this later).
The first question is HOW? What caused our universe, our planet, and life to come into existence in the first place? Thanks to the Second Law of Thermodynamics and Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, we know that matter and energy, time and space, had a beginning. How did this beginning take place? Junk science answers this question with the Theories of Evolution (specifically macroevolution, evolution between species) and Big Bang (the universe suddenly appeared out of nowhere by creating itself). I say junk because neither theory is empirical nor observable, nor were they ever proven through the scientific method. Furthermore it is a fact that they contradict with LAWS of science. Your liberal professors expect you to accept their propaganda without question.
However,
if you dare do your own research, you will discover LAWS of science that render Evolution/Big Bang impossible
.
(note that they are laws, not “theories”):
*Law of Biogenesis: Life comes only from previous life.
*The Law of Conservation of Matter: Matter cannot be created nor destroyed.
*1st Law of Thermodynamics (Law of Conservation of Energy): Energy cannot be created nor destroyed.
*2nd Law of Thermodynamics (entropy- universal law of decay): Material things are not eternal; everything ultimately falls apart and disintegrates over time; chaos increases.
*Law of Inertia & Acceleration (Newton’s First and Second Laws of Motion): If no force acts on a body, then it does not accelerate.
Yet evolutionists would have us believe that contrary to scientific laws: life came from non-life; matter and energy were suddenly created by nothing from nothing; chaos decreased and matter and energy accidentally formed into incredibly complex forms; the acceleration of our universe, of life, was not caused by any outside force. I would also like to add, under the category of logic, the Law of Noncontradiction. As Aristotle described it “One cannot say of something that it is and that it is not”. Logically, something cannot come from nothing.
I therefore, with sound and logical conclusion, believe in Intelligent Design. I agree with scientific law that something can only come from something. I have concluded that the “something” is the God of the Bible, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I believe what is stated in Genesis 1:1: “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth”… and goes on to explain how He created life. I know the automatic argument is “If something cannot come from nothing, who created God”? The answer is that God is outside the realms of science. He is eternal and beyond our earthly concepts. God is the first, the alpha, the great “I Am”: He always was and always will be.
The next logical question is WHY? What is our purpose? If you believe in the Big Bang/Evolution theory, there is no answer. Life is an accident – we are just random flukes created by chance and therefore have no ultimate meaning or purpose. With this type of mentality (that we are nothing more than accidental animals) evolution has paved the way for a new breed of mass murderers (note that these genocidal maniacs, Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pot, were all socialist/communist/atheist). The historian R. Hickman, in his book Biocreation, said: “Hitler was a firm believer and preacher of Evolution. In his book, Mein Kampf, Hitler clearly sets forth a number of evolutionary ideas, particularly those emphasizing struggle, survival of the fittest and the extermination of the weak to produce a better society.” Just as Hitler used Darwin’s concepts to justify killing millions of Jews, the future Antichrist will use these same concepts to justify killing all those who do not accept him. He will try and rationalize that it is best to abolish dissent, rather than have it poison the rest of society.
If, however, you believe in Intelligent Design, you have a Creator and a purpose. Just as we long to be loved, God created us out of love, to share love - with our fellow man AND with Him. True love cannot be forced, thus God gave us free will: we can choose to love Him, or not. However, the Bible also discusses an enemy of love. After Satan’s failed attempt to defeat God, he decided to wound God as deeply as possible by stealing the love of his Beloved through seduction and lies - I believe that evolution is playing a big part in this deception.
Please take the time to promote the movie “Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed”. If you have not heard of this movie, check it out in the videos below. The movie exposes the myths and dangers of evolution. It will be released in theaters nationwide on April 18.
Sure, you can come to America & step on our flag on the streets of NYC (for instance), & insult our country & our people. You can do it all under free speech, yes you can.
But now, the other edge of the double edged sword comes back around to bite you in your hateful asses.
I & others can expose you to the masses for the bitter & hateful people you are, using (You Guessed It!) FREE SPEECH! Then, the people can decide who the evil ones are. Oh, & I don’t even need to get a permit! The floor is yours.. Allāhu Akbar! الله أكبر
A clue: This isn’t Denmark, & it’s not Britain either.
It’s cheaper to buy hard nose (full metal jacket) bullets for Target Shooting, which is the only thing any responsible gun owner hopes he’ll ever need his handgun for (save those who hunt with handguns.)
However when you see hateful psychotic ideologues who will even try to justify the rape women in the name of “Allah”, you are quickly reminded why you spent the extra $15 or so bucks for the more deadly hollow point ammunition. If crazy Muslim extremists like the one in the video/interview below decide they are going to “punish me” by death, or rape my wife for “punishment”, I want to make sure that I mortally wound as many as I can before they have a chance to do any harm to me or my family.
You might be thinking, Whoa! This dude is way too angry! That’s scary!
I assure you that I’m much less angry than just prepared. Read on & then tell me who’s really scary. My gun stays in it’s holster if they stay out muh bidness..
In a recent question-and-answer session with Imam Abdul Makin in an East London mosque, he was asked why Allah would tell Muslims to kill and rape innocent non-Muslims, including their wives and daughters, according to Islam Watch.
His responses? Here’s what some of them were:
In the East London Mosque, preacher Imam Abdul Makin was asked by a niqabi muslima about recent fatwa from a well known Imam .
Naqabi Woman: “One eyed hooked Imam Hamza Mesri said muslims can kill British infidels and have sex with their wives and daughters, Do you agree with him?”
Imam: “It is not what Imam Hamza said nor is there a question of my agreeing with him or not. It is in Quran thus those are Allah’s orders.”
N.W.: “But why would Allah tell muslims to kill and rape innocent non muslims?”
Imam: “Because Non-muslims are never innocent, they are guilty of denying Allah and his prophet. If you don’t believe me, here is the legal authority, the top muslim lawyer of Britain, Anjem Choudhary (Video).”
N.W. “ But our Prophet was sent as a mercy for all the humanity; he never hurt any body in his life”
Imam: “Yes he never hurt a muslim in his life. But Allah said non-muslim are lowest beasts and worst creatures in ayas 8.22,8.55,95.5 and 98.6 and muslim are ordered to kill them.”
N.W.:” But did prophet approve of killing them and raping their wives?”
Imam: “Yes he did. He not only approved of such acts, he and his sahabas practiced it regularly under Allah’s orders. He was helpless in it… If you don’t believe me , you have to believe sahih hadiths. I will quote you two hadiths about his typical day after a raid. These hadiths are about the raid on jewish village Khaibar whose chief was Kinana who had gorgeous 17 year old wife Safia. Prophet tortured and beheaded Kinana in front of Safia and raped her all night afterwards.
“Because non-Muslims are never innocent, they are guilty of denying Allah and his prophet,” the Imam says, according to the report.
“If you don’t believe me, here is the legal authority, the top Muslim lawyer of Britain.”
The lawyer, Anjem Choudary, backs up the Imam’s position, saying that all Muslims are innocent, in the video below.
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
That’s it. One little sentence. You will not find the words “separation of church and state” anywhere in the Constitution. The desire of our Founding Fathers was to prevent any single denomination (ie: only Catholic, only Lutheran, only Baptist, etc.) from ruling our nation - but they never intended for Christianity and Christian principles be removed from public affairs.
According to John Jay, the original Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court – and one of the three men most responsible for our Constitution: “Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty – as well as the privilege and interest – of our CHRISTIAN NATION to select and prefer Christians for their rulers.”
Benjamin Rush, a signer of the Declaration of Independence and the first Founder to call for free public schools, stated: “The only foundation for a useful education is to be laid in religion. Without this there can be no virtue, and without virtue there can be no liberty, and liberty is the object and life of all republican governments.”
John Quincy Adams stressed that Christian principles and the American civil government were tied together in what he called an “indissoluble bond”. However, we are seeing that bond being chipped away left and right. Beginning with, and striking at the heart of our country, two court decisions in 1962 and 1963, removing prayer and Bible from public education.
In his book, “America: To Pray Or Not to Pray?” David Barton gives charts, tables and graphs to show exactly how fast and how far our country has declined since the 1962/63 court rulings. It is VERY important to keep in mind that the numbers were stable prior to 1962 and that these stats are per capita. Here are some of the findings:
*Divorce rates are up 120% (source: National Center for Health Statistics, Vital Statistics)
*Suicide rates have increased 253% (source: National Center for Health Statistics, Vital Statistics)
*Child abuse is up 345% (source: Statistical Abstracts of the United States)
*Cases of sexually transmitted diseases among 10-14 year olds have increased by almost 400% (source: Center for Disease Control)
*Teen pregnancies have increased over 400% (source: Department of Health and Human Services)
*Violent crime is up 660% (source: Statistical Abstracts of the United States, and the Department of Commerce, Census Bureau).
*Premarital sexual activity among 15 year olds alone has increased almost 1000% (source: Family Planning Perspectives)
*Illegal drug use has increased 1,375% (source: Statistical Abstracts of the United States)
By uprooting God from our classrooms, from our government, we are removing history, hope and truth. Our nation needs to recognize what was acknowledged by our Founding Fathers, and expressed so well by Abraham Lincoln: “The truth announced in the Holy Scripture, and proven by all history is that: ‘Only those nations are blessed whose God is the Lord’ “.
“If we ever forget that we are one nation under God, we will become a nation gone under.” ~Ronald Reagan
Check out moonbat queen Joy Behar of ‘The View’ on the following You Tube clip.
Apparently she thinks that the reason she doesn’t see as many “Saints” these days, is because of the development of psychotropic drugs. She believes apparently from her statement that all of the the over 10,000 known Saints who’ve been canonized since the 10th century were all hearing voices, & must have suffered from schizophrenia. Not kidding, check her out:
Now lets examine how much bigger Joy Behar’s mouth is, than is her intellectual capacity to understand Catholic customs in the first place, or… Maybe she’s just too lazy & careless to study it before opening that well over-used gap on her face, you know with religion being such a light subject & all. I thought liberals were supposed to teach “tolerance”.. Anyway..
Canonization, the process the Church uses to name a saint, has only been used since the tenth century. For hundreds of years, starting with the first martyrs of the early Church, saints were chosen by public acclaim. Though this was a more democratic way to recognize saints, some saints’ stories were distorted by legend and some never existed. Gradually, the bishops and finally the Vatican took over authority for approving saints.
In 1983, Pope John Paul II made sweeping changes in the canonization procedure. The process begins after the death of a Catholic whom people regard as holy. Often, the process starts many years after death in order give perspective on the candidate. The local bishop investigates the candidate’s life and writings for heroic virtue (or martyrdom) and orthodoxy of doctrine. Then a panel of theologians at the Vatican evaluates the candidate. After approval by the panel and cardinals of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints, the pope proclaims the candidate “venerable.”
Ok, now Joy, if you ever read, & end up reading this? My best advice to you is to stop putting your foot in your mouth. It will only make it bigger, & therefore you’ll just end up having more fecal opinions spilling out of it. It’s a viscous cycle.. Just say no to putting your foot in your mouth Joy. ~Dan Lee
As a thankful Christian who is proud of my “infidel” status & defiance of the hateful militant ideology of islam, it is my duty to continually expose it for what it is; a hateful & violent ideological belief. If you have any doubts about this, check out the following videos.
Islam on whether or not violence against non-islamists (innocents) is justified:
Islam on justifying the murder of a cheating wife, while ignoring a cheating husband:
On why Islam is a violent ideology, by a former muslim terrorist:
This is a sick & wholey insane ideology. It’s time people confront it at every turn, & at any cost. This is a pay now, or pay later situation. The longer we wait, the worst it will get, & believe me you, it’s GETTING MUCH WORSE ~ Dan Lee
