On the Larry King show Mike Dukakis says about McCain “I’ve been disappointed in John McCain since the beginning of his campaign, I don’t know if he’s getting old or what.”
You don’t know if he’s getting old? How stupid are you Mike? I think you might be the only one that doesn’t know he’s getting old. Dukakis couldn’t fill one of the shoes of John McCain with BOTH feet. I don’t think I need to say anymore..
This is what people need to see, if they want to know the truth about Sarah Palin, & the leftist media machine’s baseless attacks. It should also be noted that the Democrats are SO SCARED of Sarah Palin, that they are almost singularly running against her. Whatever they do, they want to make sure they don’t get back to talking about drilling for oil, & the Democratic Congress’ 17% approval ratings.
Gingrich shuts up a flagrantly biased MSNBC reporter who is spewing lies about Palin’s experience, just by making an truthful, & more factual case than he could.
Since the left cannot make a political argue issues with any merit, they have turned completely to Tabloid trashy personal attacks on Sarah Palin. The most notable of these is a “so called” feminist named Ariana Huffington, who has now tossed aside any notion of feminism on her website in exchange for waging an all out PR war against the first female VP Nominee of the Republican Party, & her 17 year old pregnant daughter..
Can you imagine the “Juno” left criticizing anyone because their DAUGHTER got pregnant at 17?
Well imagine no more, the liberal left has reached the pinnacle of hypocrisy, & shattered the glass ceiling of cruelty by attacking the children of a presidential candidate in ways that we’ve never seen before, & hope to never see again.
Of course what the left always forgets, is that they are a people of words & pictures, & we Conservatives are a people of action. Justice WILL be had, & they won’t like the backlash that’s coming from people who can see through their disgusting & inhuman behavior. Enjoy your little hyena party while you can liberals, because you’re about to see some real “change”, & it’s not the kind Sheryl Crow wants to see, I’ll guarantee you that.
The Huffington Post & The Daily Kos have proven that they can’t win on issues, & that they’ll go to any lengths to try & destroy people. This is not a part of America, & they should be driven out of the legitimate media, & made known as what they’ve become; Cheap Tabloid trash..
Just remember when you vote.. The people who are producing these personal attacks are minions for the Liberal Democrat leaders of today, but tomorrow they will be the Democrat leaders. Leaders with no moral/social limits, except the ones they make up for themselves. For instance, they keep on bringing up the “big ethics investigation” in Alaska, that is not really very big at all, it’s routine, & involves the firing of a rogue trooper who (among other serious law violations) tased is ten year old step son to “teach him a lesson” ,& physically threatened Palin’s father. Also at the center of the probe is his do nothing supervisor, who was also fired by Palin for (go figure) doing nothing about the misbehaving trooper.
The Huffington post, Daily Kos, & most of the mainstream media conveniently leaves all that important & relevant detail out though, in order to smear Gov. Palin in the media. Beware people, the lines between reporting & commentary are gone now. We’ve entered into a new era of social media terrorism, whereby you get the truth, when they want you to, & when it serves their purposes.
On Friday August 29th 2008, the same day that Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s historical nomination as the first female Vice Presidential Nominee was announced, MSNBC began running childish attacks on Palin like the one Bill O’Reilly point’s out in the video below. (They aired a “breaking news” type banner that said: “How many houses does Sarah Palin add to the Republican ticket.”) That was unfortunately just the beginning. They are trying to smear her & John McCain here as well, & trying to belittle her experience by incessantly calling her a “former beauty queen”, instead of stating the truth, which is that she’s a former Mayor, & now the Governor of the biggest land mass, & energy rich state in the Union. Those are both “executive positions”, neither of which Obama or Biden ever held. Here’s a patently & intentionally sexist quote from this story on Newsweek/MSNBC.com
Who is Sarah Palin? From beauty queen to vice-presidential candidate. A look at the life and career of John McCain’s historic choice for a running mate.
That is of course a flat out LIE. She had tremendous accomplishments between the years she was in a beauty pageant back in college, & today as the first female Vice Presidential candidate.
So this is what some people who call themselves news reporters have lowered themselves to? Well it’s no surprise to me to look up the ratings for these news outlets to find that MSNBC is getting absolutely hammered by Fox News, & the CNN respectively, & I do mean HAMMERED in months that were NOT the during Democratic convention. See example: & the ratings below..
Even this month with all your liberal viewership watching the Democratic “Super Bowl like halftime show” of a convention & giving you a prime time lead, you still couldn’t even squeak past Fox News in total views!
Great job MSNBC! Keep up the biased propaganda, it seems to be doing wonders for your ratings!

On a side note, Sarah is up against this guy. This is a great comedy video,(below) Featuring the memorable lines:“The Only Reason I’m Senator” & “Bob Casey was twelve years older than me, and Bobby Casey was twelve years younger than me. And I knew somebody famous was going to come out of Scranton, and I sure a’ hell knew it wadn’t gonna be me.”.. The only problem with the last statement is that Biden left Scranton at the age of ten.. This is going to be easier than I though once they unleash the Barracuda on him.
Sidenote: I’m not trying to be unfair here, but Biden really does seem drunk in this video. I’m far from the first person to make that observation, but judge for yourselves.
Like most of our friends, my wife and I were ready to vote against Sen. Obama prior to his unfortunate pick of Sen. Biden as his running mate.
For a man from such humble beginnings who has risen to multi-millionaire status in just forty-six years. Obama’s notion that our country not yet good enough to suit his standards of fairness, equality, and opportunity just rings a bit hollow to those of us who have worked so hard to reach our dreams.
Obama’s idea that our nation owes the American dream to anyone who can crash our borders is frightening. Obama’s view that when we strive to do better for ourselves we have somehow been unfair to those who make no effort of their own, is wrong and unjust.
Sen. Obama’s ideas for change in America are far too dangerous for anyone who cares about our future to withhold his vote for Sen. McCain, just because McCain is not conservative enough.
Now that Gov. Palin has entered the picture the thought of voting for McCain feels less like blackmail and more like preparation for a brighter future. I don’t care if any displaced Clinton supporters vote McCain/Palin this November. We do not need the support of anyone who is so dogmatic about voting for a woman just because she is a woman.
Gov. Palin’s firsthand experience with ANWAR will bring needed clarity to the national debate about accessing our own oil reserves rather than spending billions of our dollars on oil that is owned by Islamic expansionists. Her understanding of the rights of firearms ownership and her experience at running a private business as well as running a state far exceed the limited scope of Obama and Biden combined.
When it comes to the issues that matter most to our safety and security a woman who has a proven history of performance that is grounded in the realities of faith, freedom, and family can be trusted to make the right decisions.
I can support four years of a McCain administration that is balanced by the influence of Vice President Palin. I look forward to the leadership of a woman president whose charm, ability to connect with the people, and conservative values inspire folks to compare her favorably to Ronald Regan.
Though I don’t necessarily agree with everything Lennon says here, or how he says it, this video is in response to the following extreme leftist attacks, by people who are only feminists when it suits their purposes & personal agendas. Just like you’re an “Oreo” if you happen to black & conservative, if you are a Conservative woman, as far as Liberals are concerned, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY A TRAITOR.
Why do I find these attacks sexist? It comes down to truth. Obama has no actionable Governing experience, & Palin does. A Mayorship, & now a Governorship. If Liberals want to play the experience game, Obama has neither of those experiences, & has done much less in actual accomplishments than Palin has even as a congressman. The key being HE IS AT THE TOP OF THE TICKET.
Why are liberals always so blazing angry? Dude’s face is MORE RED than his hair!
The only thing I have to say to this & all other Obama cronies, is that YOU expected us to treat Obama like he was in the same league as Martin Luther King. (Or as this moron in the video would put it, he wants us to think “one black man is as good as the next.”) Anyone with a half of a brain knows he’s not, & that it’s an insult to a great Republican like Martin Luther King was.. Now you are trying in all your deepest of hypocrisy to say that McCain threw just any women up for the VP spot, when we could make the same argument that the Democratic party threw just any black man up, due to Obama’s own glaring lack of experience..
So you see, I’m glad to help you publicize your cheap attacks on Sarah Palin. You’ve already made asses out of yourselves as a party by trashing Hillary, & disrespecting her without the courtesy of a vetting phone call for VP, so have it fools! See where it gets you. Where it’s gonna get you is A ok with me!
In fact, feel free to e-mail me anytime you have a Palin attack ad. I’ll gladly post it & analyze it for you..
What kind of woman decides to have a child that she knows for a fact will be born with down syndrome?
A woman of extreme courage, Love, & a commitment to preserving life of course.
Some people talk about abortion, & the “personal” decision of deciding whether or not to have a child, or abort it. Sarah Palin could have chose the easier way out (at least in logistics), but she did not. She chose to take on the challenge of raising a special needs child, because she believes that everyone has a purpose, no matter what their physical challenges are.
Not only does she talk the pro-life talk, but she walks it..
My wife will make more money than I did this year, because of her commitment to hard work, & has already surpassed my education level as she is currently in college pursuing a psychology degree.
So what is my point? My point is that how can anyone in their right mind say these days that a woman who works that hard, is highly principled & educated, could never make a great President?
I for one am thankful that when I as the man in my family have moments of weakness, or mental fatigue, my wife has always been strong enough to pick up my slack.
I believe that we have together prepared the women of our country for this level of leadership, & that it was time for this to come about, so it now has.
Barack Obama talks about change, but he chose Joe Biden as his running mate, without even giving the courtesy of a quick glance at his strongest rival in the primaries, Hillary Clinton.
The man who talks about “change” chose a long time Washington insider, who smeared our Troops throughout the Iraq war.
Sarah Palin is not a Washington insider. She’s a sports mom, a second amendment advocate, a military advocate, a pro life advocate, has been a mayor of her town, as well as jumping into the nuts & bolts that it takes to actually keeping a a community running while serving on a number of boards in her communities.
Now to elect McCain-Palin, would certainly be a “change” for Washington. It will be interesting to see how the Democrats who discarded Hillary like she was trash, will treat Sarah Palin, who has shown nothing but courage, valor & service to her country, even in the face of her own personal hardships.
Congratulations to Alaska Governor Sarah Palin on being selected as John McCain’s VP pick!
Last Night I predicted Romney would get the nomination, but this is one of those cases where I’m really glad to be wrong. Sarah is a true Conservative, & has demonstrated excellent judgment as Governor of Alaska. Here is her Bio below:

Tomorrow McCain will announce former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney as his VP pick.
I think this is the smartest choice he could have made, because Romney is Pro choice, & very strong on the economy.
It’s reported that Romney will be in Dayton tomorrow, & I can’t think of any other reason he’d be there with McCain quite frankly.
He’s the guy.. Meanwhile nobody seems too worried about the long term impact of Barack Obama’s speech full of promises, promises, but no proof he can deliver, & no work history to back up his claims..
Joe Biden is Barack Oabam’s running mate, & that’s unfortunate for Barack, however what’s even more important than that, is how unfortunate it would be for the United States if we elected another liar of a vice president. (See Al Gore on his Global Warming farce, & his 50 X 100 foot houseboat for a point of reference.)
I’m just going to go on the premise that Biden was being honest when he basically said that Obama was “too inexperienced”, & that McCain would be “good for the country”.
To change his story now, so soon after he said these things would be a bit schizophrenic, no?
“I told him last night, ‘You know, Joe, I can’t stand John McCain.’ He said, ‘I know you feel that way,’ ” Reid said.
Is it any wonder why nothing gets done in Congress? We have leaders like Harry Reid who can’t put their hateful nature aside to actually get some work done.. Just plain Pathetic..
Vice Presidential Politics and our Future
By Bret Rivers
Never in my lifetime have I seen so many voters so interested in the presidential candidates’ choices in their respective vice presidential running mates. This interest is due to the weakness that both presidential candidates represent to their political parties and potential supporters. Everyone in America seems to have come to the conclusion that both parties could have and should have done better. I hope that future presidential primaries will be run more by the political parties and less by the political commentators in the news media.
Sen. Obama is so weak on foreign matters and he is so inexperienced in all that matters that trying to balance his weaknesses with an experienced running mate would be a disaster. Any Democrat that could counter every dull facet of Obama’s flimsy resume would overshadow him to the point of being laughable. Even a political wuss like Evan Bayh has at least been a mediocre governor prior to his lack-luster term in the United States Senate. I think that Obama needs to be prepared to see his popularity numbers drop regardless of whom he picks for the number two slot. He can only choose between an under-performer or someone who will overshadow his own anemic credentials.
Sen. McCain on the other hand has a strong track record as a war hero and in the United States Senate. He is not considered conservative enough by many in the Republican Party who long for a return of the Regan years. Finding a conservative to balance the McCain ticket without picking another old white guy is not the problem that so many have made it out to be. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will add balance and excitement to the McCain ticket without any worry of internal conflict between the two running mates. (like Kennedy and Johnson) Sec. Rice will also compliment Sen. McCain’s foreign policy experience with her own long standing knowledge of the former Soviet Union and a unique understanding of the emerging threat of the new radical Russia.
Rice’s recent hands on work in the Middle East and her background in dealing with the shadowy realm of Islamic aggression are strong assets that will come in handy for our next Commander in Chief.
On a domestic front her voter appeal would be unprecedented in the current political stage. Many black conservatives that I know do not want to vote against a biracial candidate even though Obama stands for many things that they dislike. Many women voters are fed up with the nasty way that the Democratic Party treated Hillary Clinton when a decidedly weaker candidate put on a better show for the liberal media.
Many white liberals are leaning toward Obama only to prove their liberal street credentials to their other liberal friends. They wouldn’t want someone to think that they voted for a white guy because of his skin color, so they will vote for a biracial guy because of his skin color.
Sen. John McCain and Sec. of State Condoleezza Rice have an opportunity that comes along only once in the history of a nation. They can really bring our people together to defend Western Civilization against Islamic expansionism, and defend the Free World against a mad man who wants to rebuild the old Soviet Empire.
In the process of doing so, they will be paving the way for the first black woman to become the President of the United States of America and the leader of the free world. In so doing they will show the world what our nation really stands for and they will show minorities the fallacy of putting all of their hopes on being saved by liberal social engineering hogwash.
Word on the street is that the McCain camp is STILL considering a Pro CHOICE VP pick, & possibly the liberal on social issues, Joe Lieberman . I want to make this post simple to understand for some in his campaign who are apparently AIR HEADED. They’ve been making phone calls around the country to try & gauge the potential fallout for picking a Pro-Choicer as a VP. So here it is, very simply explained for the McCain people:
Social Conservatives & Christian Conservatives to name a couple groups, WILL NOT be able to vote for you if you do this Mr. McCain.
It’s nothing personal against you, but rather it’s a moral responsibility that we have to abide by even to death. For many it’s a direct contract in their minds between God & them. It’s not a principle that can be negotiated, bought, sold, or bartered over. It is a firm & immovable belief, & one that we wouldn’t trade for anything. Protecting the unborn is not a “poker chip” or a card that we hold, or a like a coupon that we cash in depending on what the terms of the offer are. It is a non-negotiable item for many, many, many Conservatives, & in my personal opinion, any true Conservative.
So to summarize, the McCain campaign needs a conservative PRO-LIFE candidate, or the McCain campaign will come up short on votes in November in what is sure to be a close race.
I hope I’ve made this clear enough for those McCain campaign strategists who have been contemplating the idiotic up until at least earlier today.
Let me make this clear. If John McCain picks a Pro-Choice candidate for his VP, I will not only refuse to vote for him, but I will actively campaign against John McCain. Because at least I know what Obama is, & I’ll be expecting it when we does his evil to the country. “The Devil you know” sort of thing…
Last week I wrote a rap song about Barack Obama called “He Pollin’ It“. Now McCain is going to get a sweet little folk song of his own. It’s called: “My toes just touch the Water”.. I borrowed that title from a fellow musician friend of mine. She knows who she is..
Verse I
The sun is shining, & my friends are happy.. They must be sleeping or eating taffy.
I was falling down but they picked me up, so I guess they trust me with the golden cup.
Things got so cold, & then so hot, I just wanna be warm & not get caught.
Chorus:
My toes just touch the water
My toes just touch the water
Verse II
What’s the big deal? They die all the time, that’s why we have CARE, & the March of Dimes.
It’s not my fault, what others choose, but if I do what’s right there’s a chance I’ll lose.
Is my base real hot, or is it kinda cold? I need to win this one cause I’m getting old.
My toes just touch the water
My toes just touch the water
Bridge:
Don’t let this come between us, I’m only trying to find my way.
It doesn’t mean I’m not with you, it just means I might not stay.
Chorus:
My Toes just touch the water
My Toes just touch the water

Mr. McCain.. Do yourself a favor & stop ignoring the elephant that’s NOT in the room.. You need a truly Conservative VP. to offset your Rhino-ness…
You really just have to see his lack of credibility on well… anything but booty call, to believe it. But here’s what John Kerry said about McCain:
August 5, 2008
Kerry: McCain is ‘dangerous’ for the country
Posted: 09:35 AM ET
From CNN
BOSTON, Massachusetts (CNN) – Former Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry told donors at a Boston fundraiser for Barack Obama Monday night that John McCain is “dangerous” for the direction of the country.
_______________________________________________
It just seems odd to me that someone with so little credibility would be the one to come out & say something like this. I mean he’s a Senator who parties with teenage, or at least college aged girls.
If you ask me, his influence on them is what’s dangerous to the country. Good to see he’s leading by example.. *roll eyes* I think he should keep his mouth shut, & his head down with his track record.
This decision is coming from the same Newspaper who undoubtedly supports the concept of the so called “fairness doctrine”.
NYT editor David Shipley did take his hands off his John McCain voodoo doll long enough to offer up this “pearl of wisdom”:
“Let me suggest an approach,” he wrote. “The Obama piece worked for me because it offered new information (it appeared before his speech); while Senator Obama discussed Senator McCain, he also went into detail about his own plans. It would be terrific to have an article from Senator McCain that mirrors Senator Obama’s piece.”
Let me translate this liberal lingo for you, since this was of course his passive aggressive way of trying to embarrass McCain by implying that: “Obama is so smart & clever, yet you’re so stupid Mr. McCain. Why can’t you write an article of Obama’s caliber, & then I’ll print it.”
Maybe Mr. Shipley probably was watching file footage of Barack Obama working out, & was so distracted that he didn’t realize he was stomping all over McCain’s 1st amendment rights to say whatever he wants, how ever he wants to, but hey! Why would he understand that silly 1st amendment concept? He’s only in the News & Information business. Whatever the cause for his acute lack of judgment & journalistic integrity, I hope people take note of the New York Times constant pattern of hypocrisy & underhanded political schemes. My hope is that their circulation will continue to decrease, as quickly as the quality of their reporting has.
Tim Russert died today of an apparent heart attack. I was told the news from a friend of mine who leans liberal while we were hanging out, & I said; well.. Tim was one of the people in the media these days who I give credit to for not being afraid to ask the honest, tough questions. My friend looked down at his laptop & said to me that “that’s is exactly what they wrote about him here”.
I wasn’t surprised, because it is definitely true. We may not have agreed on everything, but I think it’s safe to say that America lost a great news anchor, & he will be missed dearly.
My thoughts & prayers go out to Tim’s family & colleagues during this difficult time.
Well, I’d really like to get behind the Republican Candidate. The only problem is, we don’t have one running. What we have is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, who will sell us down the river for a song, & a bottle of Jack Daniels to swig while he sings his drunken & bitter farewell to the Republican Party. With the following speech, he has cemented my complete distrust in his ability to protect the sovereignty of the country I love. My country, the United States of America. Read the excerpts below from McCain’s recent speech on foreign policy, & pay attention to some of the frightening statements I’ve highlighted. Full Speech can be found here at one of his favorite publications.
The United States must lead in the 21st century, just as in Truman’s day. But leadership today means something different than it did in the years after World War II, when Europe and the other democracies were still recovering from the devastation of war and the United States was the only democratic superpower. Today we are not alone. There is the powerful collective voice of the European Union, and there are the great nations of India and Japan, Australia and Brazil, South Korea and South Africa, Turkey and Israel, to name just a few of the leading democracies. There are also the increasingly powerful nations of China and Russia that wield great influence in the international system.
In such a world, where power of all kinds is more widely and evenly distributed, the United States cannot lead by virtue of its power alone. We must be strong politically, economically, and militarily. But we must also lead by attracting others to our cause, by demonstrating once again the virtues of freedom and democracy, by defending the rules of international civilized society and by creating the new international institutions necessary to advance the peace and freedoms we cherish. Perhaps above all, leadership in today’s world means accepting and fulfilling our responsibilities as a great nation.
One of those responsibilities is to be a good and reliable ally to our fellow democracies. We cannot build an enduring peace based on freedom by ourselves, and we do not want to. We have to strengthen our global alliances as the core of a new global compact — a League of Democracies — that can harness the vast influence of the more than one hundred democratic nations around the world to advance our values and defend our shared interests.
At the heart of this new compact must be mutual respect and trust. Recall the words of our founders in the Declaration of Independence, that we pay “decent respect to the opinions of mankind.” Our great power does not mean we can do whatever we want whenever we want, nor should we assume we have all the wisdom and knowledge necessary to succeed. We need to listen to the views and respect the collective will of our democratic allies. When we believe international action is necessary, whether military, economic, or diplomatic, we will try to persuade our friends that we are right. But we, in return, must be willing to be persuaded by them.
America must be a model citizen if we want others to look to us as a model. How we behave at home affects how we are perceived abroad. We must fight the terrorists and at the same time defend the rights that are the foundation of our society. We can’t torture or treat inhumanely suspected terrorists we have captured. I believe we should close Guantanamo and work with our allies to forge a new international understanding on the disposition of dangerous detainees under our control.
There is such a thing as international good citizenship. We need to be good stewards of our planet and join with other nations to help preserve our common home. The risks of global warming have no borders. We and the other nations of the world must get serious about substantially reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the coming years or we will hand off a much-diminished world to our grandchildren. We need a successor to the Kyoto Treaty, a cap-and-trade system that delivers the necessary environmental impact in an economically responsible manner. We Americans must lead by example and encourage the participation of the rest of the world, including most importantly, the developing economic powerhouses of China and India.
Well John McCain, You are no Ronald Reagan, & he rejected virtually everything you’ve put forth in your speech.
Warnings came about a year ago, when John McCain cunningly eluded to his own Kerryesque “global test” philosophy. (See video below, it makes more sense now.) This is one reason why so many Democrats crossed over to vote for McCain in the primaries. Listen to what the wolf said back then. He’s is of course airing his globalist NWO out in the open completely, now that he has the nomination wrapped up & Conservatives can’t do anything about it now. In short, we Conservatives just got screwed. I will never vote for him. Personally I’d rather he got the “domestic housing crisis” wrong, & the foreign policy & sovereignty of the US right. I think our sovereignty is a wee bit more important. ~Dan Lee
I don’t particularly like John McCain or his politics, but I find the New York Times reoccurring habit of making up news to serve their political agendas particularly loathsome & disturbing.
This is not the first time a “less than verifiable or credible” story of a personally smearing nature has come out of the New York Times.
See here:
I personally think that if the allegations made about John McCain in Yesterday’s NYT story are completely untrue as McCain & even his campaign staff have said, (they were cited as sources in the story) he should attempt to sue them into the next century for slander.
It just goes to show what one of the main reasons I started this blog is for; because you cannot trust the Mainstream Media anymore. They are largely overrun by partisan hacks with no regard for the truth, & a that have a shark vision approach to news gathering. ~Dan
