A federal judge has ruled the University of California can deny course credit to Christian high school graduates who have been taught with textbooks that reject evolution and declare the Bible infallible, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
U.S. District Judge James Otero of Los Angeles ruled Friday that the school’s review committees did not discriminate against Christians because of religious viewpoints when it denied credit to those taught with certain religious textbooks, but instead made a legitimate claim that the texts failed to teach critical thinking and omitted important science and history topics.
Charles Robinson, the university’s vice president for legal affairs, told the Chronicle that the ruling “confirms that UC may apply the same admissions standards to all students and to all high schools without regard to their religious affiliations.”

So in other words the Judge affirmed that the college can pressure & blackmail students into accepting specific teachings as fact, by holding their college credits over their head like an Axe.
The assault on Christianity continues from yet another liberal college who has an ideological & political agenda. Keep sending your children to these schools if you want people, but just know that this is the kind of underlying hatred of Christianity & its teachings that you’re funding when you do.
For example, when the allegation in the Duke rape case was made, it’s all you heard about for months. A bunch of white thugs had allegedly attacked & raped a poor defenseless black prostitute, according to most MSM reports. There wasn’t even a murder involved, yet it got like a 1000% more coverage than the murder of these two young whites at the hands of five black suspects who also raped & mutilated them.
You have to ask yourself what the motivation really is for the media when they show such discrimination against whites, presumably in the name of protecting the image of the “civil rights” movement. Is it also that they feel this is payback for all the violence that was visited on blacks during the slavery years & in the 60’s at the height of the civil rights movement? Is it revenge for the murders & abuses of black by bi-vocational southern klansmen/sherrifs & the like?
Is white the new black when it comes to having their civil rights violated? The answer is absolutely yes..
Here’s a valid question.. While Channon Christian & Christopher Newsom were being held against their will & forced to perform or watch sex acts against their will, weren’t they technically white slaves to black captors? Absolutely they were. Where’s the Mainstream Media Outrage?
Where is the Mainstream media coverage on this racially charged murder? It’s practically nowhere, that’s where. We may not have absolute proof that this crime was racially motivated, but the statistics on how many stories like this the mainstream media has ignored because it was black against white crime, are quite telling. Am I going to go back & research every story & give people exact figures? No I’m not, because I think people can figure this out by looking at what the mainstream media did with the sham of a case against the Duke lacrosse team, as compared to the story on Channon Christian & Christopher Newsom. Then they can do some research on their own. What you’ll find is that usually when blacks against white crime occurs, it usually only makes it as far as the local newspapers & media, but when it’s white on black crime, the media goes all Rodney King on us & would broadcast it to every communications device on the planet if they could get away with it..
Let me show you something.. Remember Reginald Denny? The trucker who got pulled from his truck & beaten viciously during the L.A. Riots that resulted in “revenge” by blacks for the beating of Rodney King?
Now lets do a Google news search on Rodney King.. After 21 pages of Google news results I got tired of paging through it. Most of them had some mention of the Rodney King of L.A. Riot fame.
So as you can see, the mainstream media is obsessed with the victims or alleged victims of white on black crime, but when it comes to blacks perpetrating against whites? You can hear the crickets chirping in most cases.
Do the same search with the Duke rape case, & then the Newsome/Christian case.. Then tell me whites shouldn’t be furious over the obvious bias of the mainstream media.
Oh, & you will notice that most of the big media outlets have purged Google news of their stories on the Duke Rape case, now that most of the steering they were doing was wrong. Isn’t it a little strange to see almost none of them in the results now? *Bing & purge* Binge on a false story, then send a purge request to Google.. And they thought we didn’t notice..
*Update* 7/17/08
Note that in this AP news story, the following is stated regarding a case where the assailants were white, & the victim black:
“Because Williams is black and her assailants white, prosecutors were pressured to charge the defendants with hate crimes, but only one faced such a charge.”
Notice that they don’t say anything about whether or not the hate crime charge was merited, but rather that they did it because they were “pressured”. Oh, & “only one” faced that charge huh? Well in Channon & Christopher’s cases, “none” faced that charge, even thought it’s the same situation, but with the blacks assaulting whites.
My deepest condolences go out to the families & friends of Channon & Christopher. The mainstream media owes them an apology in my opinion, along with a lot of other ignored victims of REAL crimes like this one.
As promised I continue to bring you news on the story of ESPN’s Dana Jacobson, who is now infamous for a few things; her “fuck Jesus” comment, her lack of an apology for that specific comment, or to Christians for making that comment, & the fact that she was inexplicably able to keep her job after making these comments at an ESPN roast/party. This week U of ND coach Charlie Weiss, who was at the roast, spoke out about his view of the events.
“Well, I’ll just say three things, okay,” Weis said, according to a transcript on Notre Dame’s athletic website. “I was both personally and professionally offended by her comments. And if the situation were reversed, and that were me saying them, two things would have happened. I would have been the lead story on Sports Center, and I would have been fired. But other than that, the University has issued an official response, and I think it’s best to leave it at that.”
ESPN’s representatives have so far refused to release the tape, & I think we all know why. They don’t want us to see their star sports commentator in living color, engaged in hate speech towards Christians.
As I’ve promised, I’ll continue to write about this a couple times per month, until she apologizes specifically for her remarks towards Jesus, to Christians, or is fired for refusing to, while ESPN has fired others (all men by the way) for making even less controversial statements..
Apparently ESPN thinks they can just tell Christians to shut up & go away. He is very, very wrong. “No more meetings,” said Mike Soltys, Executive Vice President of Communications for ESPN. Soltys confirmed that no more disciplinary actions will be taken against Jacobson and said her remarks were only directed at Notre Dame football. Dr. Gary L. Cass, of the Christian Anti-Defamation Commission asked for tapes of the event to be released so Jacobson’s words could be verified. Soltys refused and said that the tapes will not be made public. Well what do you have to hide ESPN? Make the apology, or show us the tape.
Speaking at an event in Atlantic City, N.J., to honor ESPN Radio personalities Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic, Jacobson, apparently intoxicated, let go with extremely vulgar remarks like “Fuck Notre Dame,” “Fuck Touchdown Jesus” and finally “Fuck Jesus.”
As I reported here, ESPN has held others to a higher standard of accountability for making less controversial comments. As I’ve pledged to both my Christian brothers & sisters, as well as Jesus himself, I will not stop writing about this until one of three things happens.
(1.) She apologizes directly to ALL Christians for her remarks.
(2.) She is fired for not apologizing to ALL Christians for her remarks.
(3.) ESPN releases an unedited video of her remarks, which we know that they have in her possession.
That’s it ESPN.. It’s not too much to ask under the circumstances.
I’ve been seeing liberal media elites around the web running to the aid of Dana Jacobson by accusing Christians of being unforgiving, yet last year they nearly universally called for Grey’s anatomy actor Isaiah Washington’s head on a platter until they finally got it, because he called someone a “fagot” in an argument. Don Imus was portrayed by the same as spawn of satan for saying “Nappy Headed Hoes” in reference to the Rutgers girls basketball team, & dropped by his network as a result.
So again, why the double standard from these main stream media hypocrites? How can they justify letting a blatantly vulgar insult to Jesus Christ himself & all Christians stand, by letting Dana Jacobson keep her job without apologizing specifically for her insult to Jesus?
I’d like her to explain to me what Jesus did to her to both deserve the vulgar public insult, & then never receive a public apology? What Dana? What did he do to you?
She didn’t even apologize for, or admit what she really said! She made a general & vague apology, & that just added insult to injury.
Dana Jacobson’s poor excuse for an apology: (or more likely a publicists’ version)
“My remarks about Notre Dame were foolish and insensitive. I respect all religions and did not mean anything derogatory by my poorly chosen words.”
Where’s the apology to Jesus or Christians? Nowhere, that’s where..
ESPN, if you have nothing to hide, why not release the tape of the roast? We all know it exists, & then we can get a real apology, & have the whole truth out there. It’s hard to forgive someone when you’re not getting straight talk, or full disclosure from them that shows they are really sorry. Forgiveness also doesn’t mean that she doesn’t have to live up to the consequences of her actions. What amounts to one week’s vacation for Dana Jacobson is not really much of a “consequence” now is it? Some may ask if I’m trying to see her made an example of? YES! YES I AM! I want these media morons who can’t control their mouths to see that when you hurt people without even giving an honest apology, you are going to pay a price! I want her to apologize to Jesus & all Christians publicly. THEN, & ONLY THEN, will I stop calling for her to be fired.
Religious rights leader, Rev. Pat Mahoney of the Christian Defense Coalition, Thursday called for picketing and a prayer vigil outside ESPN’s Bristol, Conn., headquarters Friday at noon. He told Cybercast News Service that he plans to continue with the demonstration as planned.
“I respect Bill and the Catholic League, and I understand why he might do so,” Mahoney said. “But ESPN has to step up to the plate here. Imagine the outrage if Ms. Jacobson said, ‘F–k Mohammed,’ ‘F–k Jews,’ or ‘F–k African-Americans.’”
“We’re simply asking that the parent company of ESPN, ABC, treat this incident the same way they did when Isaiah Washington publicly used the word ‘fag’ when referring to a cast member,” Mahoney said. “Although the faith community can forgive and extend mercy to Ms. Jacobson, she still must assume full responsibility and accept the consequences for her hate-filled rhetoric.”
Again, I promise ESPN I will write about this ever week until we get a specific & sincere apology from Dana Jacobson for maligning the name of Jesus Christ without an apology, or she is fired. We need better quality personnel in media, & this slap on the wrist she was given is not how to set the example.

Dana ESPN 1st and 10 co-host Dana Jacobson should be FIRED! FIRED ESPN! Do you hear me? Because if you don’t, I pledge to write about this once every week until you fire her. You disgusting cowards in the main stream media need to start treating Christians with the same respect you treat every other religion. In the eyes of millions of people Your so-called “host” has spit on Gods name, & you give her a one week suspension?
For the readers: ESPN’s 1st and 10 co-host Dana Jacobson’s on camera comments were:
“Fuck Notre Dame,” “Fuck Touchdown Jesus,” and “Fuck Jesus”
To those of you who are offended by seeing the words Fuck & Jesus together on my page, I am truly sorry. I did not think it would ever come to this in my country either. However unlike the mainstream media who have all but buried this story to protect one of their own star moonbats, I am NOT going to let her off so easy. I am not going to soften the blow of what she said by inserting cute little asterisks & other characters into the word FUCK to spare us all after the fact. The fact is she said it, & she should have to deal with the consequences of crossing the line from free speech, to what media liberals would immediately have condemed as hate speech had it been levied towards gays, blacks, muslims, or just about any other group that is protected by hate crimes. What she said was hateful, & the only difference between her drunk & her sober, is that the alcohol removed the gate from her mouth, & showed us all what she really thinks of Jesus & even her own Christian viewership. Why the double standard ESPN?
You pushed Rush Limbaugh out in 2003 for saying the following:
“I think what we’ve had here is a little social concern in the NFL. The media has been very desirous that a black quarterback do well,” Limbaugh said. “There is a little hope invested in McNabb, and he got a lot of credit for the performance of this team that he didn’t deserve. The defense carried this team.”
McNabb said Wednesday that he didn’t mind criticism of his performance, but was upset that Limbaugh made his race an issue and said it was too late for an apology.
“It’s somewhat shocking to hear that on national TV from him,” McNabb said. “It’s not something that I can sit here and say won’t bother me.”
If ESPN 1st & 10 co-host Dan Jacobson does get let off with only a week suspension, it amounts to a free vacation for insulting the whole Christian world, & sends the message that you can attack Christianity without any serious consequences, to media people everywhere!
Had this (or any remotely controversial comment for that matter) come out of the mouth of Sean Hannity, or Rush Limbaugh (as evidenced in the past), the main stream media would have it pasted on every front page for a month straight demanding an FCC investigation as well as their immediate firing. Had it been said about Muhammad, you would (in fairness) have no choice but to cover it, because there would be US flag Burnings, threats against ESPN, Death threats for Dana Jacobson, & calls to Jihad worldwide.
Now I’m going to watch the search rankings on MY story carefully, because I wouldn’t be surprised to see that liberal search engine companies also try to bury my rankings on it. My message to Dana Jacobson is this, get a job where to don’t have to speak, because you clearly can’t control what comes out of that abysmal mouth of yours. As for all of you sheepish men who made statements about how beautiful she is, & how much of a great commentator she is, you are all out of your minds, & may even need to get hormonal therapy if you think her looks have anything to do with the issue. What she said should get her fired if for no other reason than to be fair, just like the partial list of people below. ~Dan Lee
Gregg Easterbrook(fired by Disney & ESPN) for allegedly anti-semitic comments he made on his own blog.
Lamar Thomas fired by ESPN for making comments “encouraging fighting” while commentating on a brawl during a Miami & FIU football game.
The following statement was made by Comcast Sports SouthEast general manager Mark Furhman: “We do not support or condone the inappropriate comments made by color analyst Lamar Thomas and have taken the necessary steps to prevent a similar situation from ever occurring again.”
What a crock of crap.. I guess the sports media’s news standard for discipline is a 1 week vacation. So those are the “necessary steps” huh? I’ll watch for that next time a white Christian male makes a “controversial comment” on TV, & lets see if that same one week vacation punishment is doled out.

Normally I wouldn’t copy almost an entire article from a peer’s website, but this behavior from this extreme leftist liberal hate monger is so disgusting, I wanted to make sure everyone possible could see what kind of extreme leftist followers the moveon.borg has helped produce over the last few years.
The following is a piece of hate mail that was recently sent to Michelle Malkin, in which the moonbat writer indicates that he dreams about her “dying of anorexia or choking to death on her own purging.”
Now besides the fact that wishing this on another human being is at best barbaric & evil in of itself, I happen to have a close relative who suffers from Bulimia, & Anorexia, as well as a host of other psychological problems that are anything but mockable. It is for that reason that this letter to Michelle Malkin so deeply offends me, that I’m now feeling the need to show the world just how much of a low life hypocrite Joe Roppe has become.
Please do look him up on the web, & no matter what political beliefs you have, I hope you’ll write him & his editors to tell them what you think of using the horrible misfortune of others (mocking the most deadly mental disorder of all time) as a weapon against anyone who dares to engage in free speech he doesn’t agree with.
People like Joe Roppe should be reprimanded for their horrific hypocrisy & insensitivity to even those who are ill in society, who have nothing to do with their quarrel. Joe Roppe apparently has no regard for the plight of innocents who’s lives have been altered or destroyed by these horrible disorders, so he discusses it with complete carelessness & ignorance at the emotional expense of those who have suffered it. Congratulations Mr. Joe Roppe, you win the Insensitive Moron of the Year Award, for sending out hate mail that mocks the suffering of others, just to get your own sadistic & vindictive little rocks off. You owe Mrs. Malkin & the rest of society an apology. ~ Dan Lee (His Venomous hatred can be read below.)

Michelle Malkin,
I bet we could make your cry for real. Force you to eat a hamburger.
I often wonder what will happen when we progressive liberal adults take back our country.
The adults will stop wars for oil,
Everyone will have health care.
Everyone will have a roof over their heads.
Everyone will have a voice in our government.
Everyone will pay equal taxes.
The Republican Party will be a quaint memory to tell our children about.
The best part is someday you will die of anorexia or choke to death on your own purging. That’s my dream.
Thank you,
Joe Roppe

Michelle Malkin Comments:
For those who know me, the trouble isn’t getting me to start eating hamburgers. The trouble is getting me to stop.
So, here’s the truly funny part. Joe Roppe of Stevens Point, WI is also the author of a letter published in the Stevens Point, WI Journal on December 31, 2007 decrying “cyberbullying” and lecturing about the need for “fostering an adult discussion” without personal attacks:
Cyberbullying is a tactic some people use to anonymously attack those they disagree with using the Internet through email or on message boards. It can include threats on a person’s life, sexual remarks, pejorative labels such as hate speech all of which are intended to harm others.
Since the Internet gives people a semblance of anonymity, they can act more aggressively than they would face-to-face. You should not reply to threatening emails or negative postings on a website. Even if you do, this is not justification for an unstable person to fly into a rage and step over the line.
Some of the posts on the Stevens Point Journal message board are patently offensive and come dangerously close to crossing the fine line between expressing their freedom of speech and committing libel. I can assure you that the posts following the publication of this letter will be designed to attack me personally instead of fostering an adult discussion of the very real issue of cyberbullying. Once you read the posts, the very nature of the nasty remarks will illustrate my point.
According to the National Cyber Alert System, you can protect yourself from cyberbullies. Be careful where you post personal information; avoid escalating a situation, document offensive remarks, and report harassing or threatening posts to the proper authorities. The Stevens Point Police Department and the FBI are good places to start.
A recent article in the SPJ demonstrates how cyberbullying can be taken to the extreme. Allegedly, a local resident is reported to have stepped over the line when a webpage on MySpace was used to request someone to shoot Mayor Andrew Halverson, and the home address of Portage County Social Worker, Danita Docka was posted including requests to kill or injure her and her child. This behavior exemplifies the need to stop cyberbullying. We can do this with laws we already have on the books.
