Raynham Ma. Father Arrested for Defending Child against Molester.

Wednesday, July 16th, 2008

Only in nanny states like Massachusetts, or California do you regularly hear about stories like this.
From a FreeRepublic article:

Raynham father warns Market Basket shoppers of ‘predator’ employee he says groped his 4-year-old son

A father says he was horrified to find out that a janitor accused of groping his son in a bathroom stall at Market Basket is still working there.

RAYNHAM, MA — One Raynham father is taking justice into his own hands, warning other parents this week about an alleged “predator” who he says groped his 4-year-old son in a supermarket bathroom last month.

Police said the suspect, an elderly janitor at Market Basket, allegedly reached under a bathroom stall partition and touched the boy’s calf while the child was standing on a bucket June 1.

The boy’s enraged father, who police said saw it happen, allegedly flung open the adjacent stall and punched the janitor, giving him a cut on his lip and a welt on the middle of his head.

The employee, Valerio Rodriguez, 71, of Providence, allegedly told police through a translator “that he was wrong for touching the little boy.”

Although Rodriguez faces a felony charge, the father, Jason R. Beatrice, 31, was reportedly horrified to see him still cleaning floors at Market Basket when he visited the store July 4.

“He was pushing a mop bucket smiling at children,” reads an anonymous flier, which police said Beatrice authored and distributed in Raynham.
Full Story Here

Obviously this was a self defense action by the father, who was neutralizing a threat against his child. The Police have handled it poorly in my opinion. Here is the e-mail I sent to them.

Dear Chief Lou Pachecho,

I feel that you made the wrong decision on the Beatrice vs. Rodriguez case. Was Mr. Beatrice supposed to wait until this man got his hand into the child’s pants damaging him even more than he has already been emotionally? Or pulled him into the stall? This was a clear case of self defense, & neutralizing a threat to his child’s safety. I respectfully encourage you to drop the charges. ~Dan Lee

Michelle Malkin has a great piece on this here.

There’s also an excellent article here on this. It has complete contact info should you want to share your thoughts with the officials in Massachusetts. The Police have a difficult job, so I encourage you to be polite.

Why we should kick the U.N. out of the U.S. & ignore them..

Monday, May 19th, 2008

Since the U.N. regularly ignores our nation’s sovereignty, if things were right, we’d kick them out of this country, stop wasting tax payer money on this organization, & then ignore their idle threats until they spend some time investigating & solving REAL human rights violations, like say oh.. Darfur? Let me say that again for the nimrods at the U.N. DARFUR! GO FIX DARFUR! Leave the U.S. alone..

It’s Tennessee Gun Permit Carriers, VS. Jimmy Naifeh (D)

Thursday, April 3rd, 2008

Jimmy Naifeh once again deciding for everyone, & making sure he can pressure gun owners/advocates with passive aggressive tactics.

Yes, he may have the power to pull underhanded political maneuvers that slap law abiding gun owners in the face, but obviously it’s an abuse of his power.

The Tennessean in Nashville and The Roanoke Times in Virginia. Both published online searchable databases of gun-permit holders last year, before quickly removing the data. In Roanoke’s case, it published the names and home addresses of law enforcement officers and judges.

It was a stupid & dangerous act. (As you read on, you’ll see that there’s a theme with stupid & dangerous Democrats.)

If medical records can be kept private to protect people from discrimination, then why can’t one’s gun permit status be also? Will employers start using this to discriminate against those who legally own & carry a firearm, just because someone in management is anti-gun?

That is unfortunately a real possiblity. Of course that’s exactly what anti-gun moonbats like Neifeh are hoping for. This is not the first time Naifeh has taken a shot at gun owners in Tennessee, & it won’t be the last unless you vote him out. He’s a political loose cannon, & of course he has armed security himself, & they can take their guns anywhere he asks them to. He also opposed legislation that would effectively let Iraq war vets who need mental health treatment renew their hand gun permits.

Rep. Nathan Vaughn, D-Kingsport, said the NRA contacted him about sponsoring the bill, and he thought it made sense.

“A lot of folks who are going into Iraq are coming back, and there is some period of adjustment. … Some of the folks are saying ‘I know if I have to get some mental health treatment, I’m not going to be eligible to continue my handgun carry permit,’” Vaughn said. “It’s just kind of tragic. … They are out there fighting for this country, and all kinds of negative things are happening to them when they come back home. We need to be doing more to help them. … We’re afraid that honest people just ought not have guns, that somehow only criminals ought to be the ones to have guns, and I just think that’s wrong.”

Effectively, this is what Naifeh has conveyed to returning Iraq War Veterans:
“Thank you for fighting for our, & getting mentally & physically wounded in the process. Now give me your gun & call the cops if someone tries to carjack you & shoot you on the way to your therapy sessions, ok?.”

The House Criminal Practice and Procedure Subcommittee has more Democratic lawmakers than Republicans. House Speaker Jimmy Naifeh, D-Covington, was also in Wednesday’s subcommittee meeting considering several pieces of handgun legislation, including Vaughn’s. Naifeh can cast votes in any subcommittee or committee meeting.

All of those bills failed, thanks to his abusive pontifications.

The meeting began with a Comedy Central video, introduced by state Rep. Rob Briley, D-Nashville, that parodied one bill to allow gun permit holders to carry guns into places where alcohol is served.

Rob Briley? Are you kidding? That rat scumbag drunk driver really had the nerve to open his mouth about “dangerous weapons”, & mock gun owners after getting in a car recently, smashing it into to other vehicles, & then refusing to stop for the police? Let’s have a look at Rob Briley, who drove a deadly weapon amongst innocents while intoxicated, shall we? (see videos of him verbally assaulting the police, & trying to kick the window out of their cruiser after his recent arrests.)

Here’s a couple videos of Democrat Rob Briley that should REALLY be on comedy central! Somehow I doubt he’ll show these in session though..

There are also signs that the government in Tennessee is looking to further restrict, & you can bet eventually abolish our second amendment rights altogether, as is evidenced by the Jackson Tennessee library imposing it’s wisdom that a criminal will obey their no “no gun” signs, & play fair in the library, because law abiding gun owners left theirs outside. If a bad guy tries to hurt anyone in the library in Jackson, just remember to tell them “No fair! I left my gun outside!”

Enough is enough people. It’s time to vote the little Tennessee anti 2nd amendment Democrat Oligarchy out, & some true representatives of the people & the Constitution in. Thank God the hypocrite Briley himself, has decided to spare himself the embarrassment of being defeated in any futile re-election attempt. I guess he thought he’d better get out before it really sinks into the public that he got off with a slap on his dainty little wrists.

By the way, this is the same mob that’s always trying to make sure unborn babies keep getting slaughtered at an acceptable rate for them. No guns allowed at the bar though…

Kudos to Rep. Nathan Vaughn, D-Kingsport, for trying to do the right thing.

NO! NO! and finally, NO!

Monday, March 24th, 2008

A Texas man who was the beneficiary of a plea bargain after soliciting sex from a policeman whom he thought was a 15 year old girl, now wants to run for Mayor of his city. Yeah, I believe in forgiveness & second chances in some cases, under some circumstances. But am I going to give the keys to the city to a man who’s already violated the trust of a community on one of the deepest levels possible? NO!

Am I going to give him a job whereby with his power he could contribute to shaping policy regarding the punishments or living arrangements of other sex offenders? NO!

Does he deserve to be involved in the decision making & policy making process when it comes to creating & implementing child safety policies in any municipality, after what he did? NO!

If James Brian Sliter thinks his attitude of entitlement is coming across as repentant, he would be wrong. In this video, you will notice that he pontificates to the rest of us that we “need to be this” & we “need to be that”, need to do this & that, & what we think of him is apparently in his mind, up to him & not us.

Sorry Mister.. If you ask me, your arrogance & lack of humility is likely how you ended up in this predicament.
In your video taped appeal you talk about what “YOU” need, but not about what your community needs. Offender status notwithstanding, I don’t think you’d be a good mayor because you’re so self absorbed. I’ll be praying for you that you get your head straight, & take your focus off of yourself. Only then will you be a true asset to God & your community.

Democratic NY Governor Elliot Spitzer admits to Googling more than the internet.

Monday, March 10th, 2008

You know.. This is the same New York State Attorney General Elliot Spitzer who was accused of threatening unspecified action against talk-radio station WABC/770 AM , after getting embroiled in an on-air quarrel with talk-show host Sean Hannity and author and Clinton
critic Laura Ingraham. A spokesman for Spitzer denied the charge leveled by producer Eric Stanger. Spitzer attacked Rep. Bob Barr (R-Ga.) as a hypocrite who had fathered an illegitimate child, apparently mistaking Barr for Rep. Dan Burton (R-Ind.), who has admitted an extramarital affair. Spitzer kept to that position, although Hannity gave him a chance to step back.

Spitzer hung up when the show went to a commercial break. Shortly afterward, according to Stanger, Spitzer called the station control room back and began speaking with him. “At one point”, Stanger said, “he says to me, ‘Let me assure you, I intend to use my
capacity of the office of attorney general to act on this.’” “My eyebrows went up,” Stanger said. “I said, ‘Sir, is that a threat?’” Stanger said Spitzer immediately responded, “No, no,
no. What I meant is that I am going to call my friends in government to tell them to boycott the show.”

Isn’t it amazing that now Spitzer has admitted to patronizing a Prostitution ring that rated it’s prostitutes like a restaurant or movie, using a 3 to 7 diamond system? Like Sean Hannity said today, Great pride cometh before the fall… Elliot Spitzer prosecuted at least two prostitution rings as head of the state’s organized crime task force, which makes him a mondo hypocrite.

Best wishes to his family.. I don’t have much sympathy for Spitzer.. He’s a schoolyard bully, plain & simple.

It’s pretty bad when Wall Street started break dancing on their desks & floors when they heard the news of his likely resignation.. Reminds me of that scene from Scrooge where they sing that “Thank You Very Much” (That’s the nicest thing anyone’s ever done for me) song, while the guy dances on Scrooges coffin as they’re pulling it through the streets.. Not that I condone that, but this man clearly incited some hatred. What goes around comes around as they say.

*update*
Some blindly following Democrat sheeple are beginning to comment on CNN.com. This is my favorite retarded comment so far:

Katie Kim of Little Ferry, New Jersey

“Governor Spitzer should not resign. It’s sad that his family had to find out about his leisure activity, but he’s a competent leader who is driven by execution. He is the most intelligent and talented governor in this country and in fact, he will make a great president in 2016. The state is losing a great talent should Spitzer resign. The lives of New Yorkers will be affected with Spitzer out of the office. The public will forgive him eventually, I’m just not sure if his family would.”

“Driven by execution” might not have been the best choice of words under the circumstances.. Ewwe… Anyway,

My favorite lines are:
“It’s sad that his family had to find out about his leisure activity.”

Is that what they call paying high priced prostitute to have sex with you as a married man, when you’ve prosecuted others for engaging in the same behavior?
Hmm.. When I think of leisure activity Katy, I think of like Bowling? Or watching TV? Nice try on the spin. If you’re not already, you should work on becoming a politician or a publicist, or maybe a used car saleswoman..

“The lives of New Yorkers will be affected with Spitzer out of the office.”

Yes, let’s see. $5,500 an hour times lets say a couple hours a month? What’s that, like $132,000 a year (tax free) some poor New York prostitutes will now lose out on since he got caught? You’re right, the lives of THOSE New Yorkers will be effected.. Boo Hoo…

Special treatment for TN. Democratic Rep. Rob Briley? Is he Ted Kennedy’s drinking Rival?

Wednesday, December 19th, 2007

Sure looks like he got off with a slap on the wrist to me. I mean the guy went completely Moonbats, was running from the cops at over a 100 miles an hour, insulted a Police officer by asking if he “even graduated highschool”, crashed into another persons car & fled the scene of the accident, & then kicked the window in the back of the Police Cruiser he got to ride in that day. The following story outlines his “special treatment”. Since I was personally affected by a drunk driver, I certainly resent his getting to spend five weekends in jail. Would most of us get to pick & choose when we serve our sentence? I don’t think so.. I am fully convinced that had this been a normal everyday working Joe, they would have had the book thrown at him (twice even.) I don’t understand how we justify people like this being allowed to stay in office, let alone getting off as easy as they so often do. It’s a travesty of Justice. ~Dan Lee

“Briley Learns Punishment For DUI”
State representative Rob Briley pled guilty to drunk driving Monday in a Wilson County courtroom.

A judge, however, ruled he will not be punished for leading police on a high speed chase that reaches speeds in excess of 100 miles-per-hour though Wilson and DeKalb counties in September.

Instead, the judge granted Briley a pre-trial diversion on all the charges, expect DUI.

That includes the felony evading arrest charge.

Briley will be placed on probation for two years and fined $350. He must also spend five weekends in jail.

Unless he violates the terms of his probation, the charges against Briley, other than the DUI…

… charge, will not be prosecuted.

Some are questioning whether Briley got special treatment.

See Briley as he belittles Police officers, & acts like a Raving Mad Lunitic:
