A federal judge has ruled the University of California can deny course credit to Christian high school graduates who have been taught with textbooks that reject evolution and declare the Bible infallible, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
U.S. District Judge James Otero of Los Angeles ruled Friday that the school’s review committees did not discriminate against Christians because of religious viewpoints when it denied credit to those taught with certain religious textbooks, but instead made a legitimate claim that the texts failed to teach critical thinking and omitted important science and history topics.
Charles Robinson, the university’s vice president for legal affairs, told the Chronicle that the ruling “confirms that UC may apply the same admissions standards to all students and to all high schools without regard to their religious affiliations.”

So in other words the Judge affirmed that the college can pressure & blackmail students into accepting specific teachings as fact, by holding their college credits over their head like an Axe.
The assault on Christianity continues from yet another liberal college who has an ideological & political agenda. Keep sending your children to these schools if you want people, but just know that this is the kind of underlying hatred of Christianity & its teachings that you’re funding when you do.
AFTER a lecture to the Marine Memorial Association last week, a reporter thrust a mike toward me and asked if I thought I should be tried for war crimes for my columns in The Post supporting our military.
The reporter - who avoided revealing what outlet he was with - thought he was being wonderfully clever, but what fascinated me about the silly encounter (it was in San Francisco, after all) was how unintentionally revealing it was about the shameless hypocrisy of the left.

The victims of 9/11 had no trial, no judge, no lawyers. Yet they were instantly executed by incineration, falling from the trade towers (or being forced to jump), or being blown to little pieces by some of the very terrorists who await military trial at the Guantanamo Bay detention center. Despite those hard facts, Our liberal friends on the supreme court have just given foreign terrorists rights that I can guarantee that you would not have in THEIR native countries. If you were suspected of terror in some of these middle eastern countries you would not even make it to jail before your head was rolling around without you in some dark alley or slaughter house. They have also given them rights that they do not deserve by any stretch of the imagination. They are NOT US citizens, & do not have rights under our constitution, no matter what these moronic so-called “justices” have done.
Now, our supreme court as a whole has betrayed the victims of 9/11, their families, our nation, & completely failed the United States citizens who entrusted them with protecting US & OUR RIGHTS, instead of giving those rights over to foreign enemy combatants.
In a despicable act of omission most major media outlets have whitewashed the story leaving out justice Anthony Scalia’s ominous prediction & statement: Scalia: “The Nation will live to regret what the Court has done today. I dissent.”
What highest court has done, is it has forgotten the lessons of 9/11. Sadly, what it will probably take is for the idiots who we’ve allowed into our court system & government to see thousands more of our citizens murdered in another large scale terror attack. Even then, they may be too far gone to learn any object lesson at this point.
Scalia also said the following in his dissenting opinion:
“The game of bait-and-switch that today’s opinion plays upon the Nation’s Commander in Chief will make the war harder on us. It will almost certainly cause more Americans to be killed.”

When I was a kid, (Not really all that long ago), it was not unusual for us to get a little bored in class, & then draw a picture of a little stick figure holding a gun, & shooting the proverbial “bad guy”. Our teachers then, whether they agreed or not, respected our first amendment right to express ourselves in any way we wanted to, as long as it wasn’t physically violent or disruptive. Now, if a child draws a picture of even just a gun, or even a squirt gun, you have fascist liberal teachers dragging children down to the principles office to suspend them.
That is nothing short of indoctrination into someone else’s political & social views, & these days if YOUR child doesn’t comply, they face punishments & sanctions.
Of course sane people know that a drawing of a gun, or a depiction of a violent act is not necessarily a bad thing, but rather for some kids a way to express & process what goes on in the world around them. I was one of those creative kids. As I was growing up, I was eventually in possession of real guns, & still do have real guns & ammunition, yet I’ve never even come close to shooting anyone.. Guns are no different than cars. If you point them at a person, & either pull the trigger or run them over, they may die. It’s that simple. Yet liberals try to demonize the possession of guns as they drive around in their deadly little silver boxes. Well like for instance Al Gore’s son, who was arrested in his Toyota Prius doing 100 mph, with pot smoke billowing out the windows. Clue: Pot smoke is bad for the environment, & even a Prius will cause pollution at 100 mph, but I digress..
The point is, children are being taught in public schools that guns are bad. Yet liberals leave cars alone, (even though they are one of the true leading killers of people in America & beyond) because they drive those themselves & at least at this stage, know better than to go there with the public. They are selectively wussifying our children, in order to indoctrinate them into their way of twisted thinking. Many schools are dropping playground activities like tag, dodge ball, ect.. because well.. “children could be hurt”, & even getting rid of grades claiming that the grading system only serves to damage their self confidence.
There’s a war INSIDE our country people, & it’s only going to get worse if we keep electing Democrats into office. That’s the bottom line. Democrat politics are flawed by always going with the flow of even the angriest & senseless whims of any mob of activists that happen to fall together.

Harry Reid is first of all the most brazen liar I’ve ever seen, & in my opinion has sold his soul to the devil. To stoop as low as to find a couple of disgruntled soldiers to try & make their defeatist liberal case for them, didn’t surprise me, but the audacity of this puppet soldier did. He had the nerve to stand up there like Pelosi’s “My little Pony” doll, & accuse the President of a “Dog & Pony Show” on troop reductions & length of deployment. He’s John Soltz from votevets.org (Website circa 13-Jun-2006), which was obviously put together as a string puppet organization for the Democrats leading up to the 2008 elections. If you go to their website, under the drop down that says “Our Candidates” you’ll find nothing but democrats. They don’t identify them as such though. Go figure! They don’t want you to know that it’s a front for the Democrats. It’s got little to do with helping vets, & more to do with helping Democrats get more power! The puppet soldiers that have prostituted themselves for this organization want to make sure that the next time they try to steal benefits from the tax payers, they can do it without having to ever fulfill their obligation as enlisted members of the military, & the Democrats would love to give that to them after they wave the white flag of surrender to the rest of the world.
It has to be remembered that when “some” of these soldiers got into the military, they didn’t think about actually having to go to war. Some of them were more interested in the free school, & the other benefits they stood to gain. They never thought they’d actually be called to fight. They gambled, & lost, & of course the cowardly ones who never wanted to accept the full responsibility of Military Service in the first place, are now perfect pawns for the Democrats. Most people know this now, but Harry & Nancy keep beating the drum of defeat anyhow. They have to, because they are desperate to save face, as their two Presidential candidates continue to embarrass & potentially fully self destruct their own party with their racist campaign tactics, & total hypocrisy on every issue they’ve ever pretended to stand for.
This press conference today that Scary Harry just led is a perfect example of how angry Democratic leaders are that the troop surge has actually worked. They were wrong on every account when it came to Harry Reid’s statements like “This war is lost” & now they are doing everything they can to save face.

Our educational system is experiencing a closing of the mind, as liberal fascists are discouraging inquiry into the topics that they have deemed “off limits”. The consequences for dissent can be devastating (please see videos below). To the detriment of our society, we are seeing less debate (ie: critical thinking) and more brainwashed sheeple. While there are many subjects that the left have placed on the taboo table, one of the most damaging is the Theory of Evolution. Why is this subject no longer up for debate? I believe that evolutionists are afraid to expose the extreme flaws in evolution, which would in turn expose their bias: many hold faith in evolution because it makes them feel morally comfortable. If we arrived from primordial goo, and God does not exist, we can all live by our own feel-good-agenda. By ruling out God, evolutionists can avoid His rules. However, when we violate God’s rules, we are not only self destructive, but dangerous to our fellow man as well (more on this later).
The first question is HOW? What caused our universe, our planet, and life to come into existence in the first place? Thanks to the Second Law of Thermodynamics and Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, we know that matter and energy, time and space, had a beginning. How did this beginning take place? Junk science answers this question with the Theories of Evolution (specifically macroevolution, evolution between species) and Big Bang (the universe suddenly appeared out of nowhere by creating itself). I say junk because neither theory is empirical nor observable, nor were they ever proven through the scientific method. Furthermore it is a fact that they contradict with LAWS of science. Your liberal professors expect you to accept their propaganda without question.

Yet evolutionists would have us believe that contrary to scientific laws: life came from non-life; matter and energy were suddenly created by nothing from nothing; chaos decreased and matter and energy accidentally formed into incredibly complex forms; the acceleration of our universe, of life, was not caused by any outside force. I would also like to add, under the category of logic, the Law of Noncontradiction. As Aristotle described it “One cannot say of something that it is and that it is not”. Logically, something cannot come from nothing.
I therefore, with sound and logical conclusion, believe in Intelligent Design. I agree with scientific law that something can only come from something. I have concluded that the “something” is the God of the Bible, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I believe what is stated in Genesis 1:1: “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth”… and goes on to explain how He created life. I know the automatic argument is “If something cannot come from nothing, who created God”? The answer is that God is outside the realms of science. He is eternal and beyond our earthly concepts. God is the first, the alpha, the great “I Am”: He always was and always will be.
The next logical question is WHY? What is our purpose? If you believe in the Big Bang/Evolution theory, there is no answer. Life is an accident – we are just random flukes created by chance and therefore have no ultimate meaning or purpose. With this type of mentality (that we are nothing more than accidental animals) evolution has paved the way for a new breed of mass murderers (note that these genocidal maniacs, Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pot, were all socialist/communist/atheist). The historian R. Hickman, in his book Biocreation, said: “Hitler was a firm believer and preacher of Evolution. In his book, Mein Kampf, Hitler clearly sets forth a number of evolutionary ideas, particularly those emphasizing struggle, survival of the fittest and the extermination of the weak to produce a better society.” Just as Hitler used Darwin’s concepts to justify killing millions of Jews, the future Antichrist will use these same concepts to justify killing all those who do not accept him. He will try and rationalize that it is best to abolish dissent, rather than have it poison the rest of society.
If, however, you believe in Intelligent Design, you have a Creator and a purpose. Just as we long to be loved, God created us out of love, to share love - with our fellow man AND with Him. True love cannot be forced, thus God gave us free will: we can choose to love Him, or not. However, the Bible also discusses an enemy of love. After Satan’s failed attempt to defeat God, he decided to wound God as deeply as possible by stealing the love of his Beloved through seduction and lies - I believe that evolution is playing a big part in this deception.

FAA safety inspectors Bobby Boutris and Douglas Peters told CNN Wednesday they brought information about Southwest’s lack of compliance with mandatory inspection protocols to their supervisors, but the FAA did nothing.
Boutris said the airline tried to have him removed from the inspections.

I just finished reading Liberal Fascism by Jonah Goldberg. Throughout this phenomenal book, I kept thinking of the above quote. When I finally experienced my “awakening”, I was shocked at the quantity and depth of Liberal propaganda that is believed by the masses. I wrote about five of these myths in my blog “Lies From the Land of the Left”. The first lefty lie I discussed was the myth that Hitler belongs on the right side of the political spectrum. Jonah Goldberg has dedicated his book to systematically dismantling the belief that fascists are “right wing” (please also see the outstanding video on my home page “Overview of America” - which exposes this lie as well). In his book, Goldberg “replaces conveniently manufactured myths with surprising and enlightening research. He reminds us that the original fascists were really on the left, and that liberals from Woodrow Wilson to FDR to Hillary Clinton have advocated policies and principles remarkably similar to those of Hitler’s National Socialism and Mussolini’s Fascism.”
Contrary to what most people think, the Nazis were ardent socialists (hence their political party “National Socialism”). They believed in free health care and guaranteed jobs. They confiscated inherited wealth and spent vast sums on public education. They purged the church from public policy, promoted a new form of pagan spirituality, and inserted the authority of the state into every nook and cranny of daily life. The Nazis declared war on smoking, supported abortion, euthanasia, and gun control. They declared themselves enemies of capitalism and the free market, provided generous pensions for the elderly, and maintained a strict racial quota system in their universities—where campus speech codes were all the rage. The Nazis led the world in organic farming and alternative medicine. Hitler was a strict vegetarian, and Himmler (Hitler’s right hand man who oversaw the concentration camps and coordinated and implemented the killing of approximately six million Jews) was an extreme animal rights activist.

The fact that they appear as polar opposites is a trick of intellectual history and the result of a concerted propaganda effort on the part of the “Reds” to make the “Browns” appear objectively evil and “other” (ironically, demonization of the “other” is counted as a definitional trait of fascism). But in terms of their theory and practice, the differences are minimal.
* In the Liberal telling of America’s story, there are only two perpetrators of official misdeeds: conservatives and “America” writ large. They have repeatedly censored and rewritten history so that the “bad guys” were always conservatives and the good guys always liberals. Fascism, like Progressivism and Communism, is expansionist because it sees no natural boundary to its ambitions. For violent variations, like Islamofascism, this is transparently obvious. But Progressivism, too, envisions a New World Order. Fascism is a religion of the state. The liberals quest to create an all-caring, all-powerful, all-encompassing state, a state that assumes responsibility for every desirable outcome and takes the blame for every setback on the road to utopia, a state that finally replaces God.
* In contrast, the conservative vision understands that life is unfair, that man is flawed, and that the only perfect society, the only real utopia, waits for us in the next life. All major conservative schools of thought trace themselves back to the champions of the Enlightenment – John Locke, Adam Smith, Montesquieu, Burke – none of them have any direct link intellectual link to Nazism or Nietzsche, to existentialism, nihilism, or even, for the most part Pragmatism. Meanwhile, the ranks of left-wing intellectuals are infested with ideas and thinkers squarely in the fascist tradition. Deconstructionism, existentialism, postmodernism, Pragmatism, relativism: all of these ideas have the same purpose – to erode tradition and dissolve the concrete foundations of TRUTH.
* Liberals have fallen in love with the idea behind the racial welfare state. They’ve absorbed the Marxist and fascist conception of “the system” as racist and corrupt and therefore in constant need of state intervention. In particular, as Shelby Steele notes, they’ve convinced themselves that support for such programs is proof of their own moral worth. Blacks were “grateful” to white liberals; therefore, white liberals aren’t racist. Whites who oppose the racial spoils system are racist. Blacks who oppose it are self-hating race traitors. Liberalism has become a soft totalitarianism and multiculturalism the mechanism for a liberal Gleichschaltung. If you fall outside the liberal consensus, you are either evil or an abettor of evil. This is the logic of the Volks-gemeinschaft in politically correct jargon.
* Back to Hitler, I discussed in my previous blog that although he was baptized Catholic as an infant, he renounced Christianity and was a self proclaimed atheist. Hitler stated “The best thing is to let Christianity die a natural death. The dogma of Christianity gets worn away before the advances of science. Religion will have to make more and more concessions. Gradually the myths crumble. The German race has existed without Christianity for thousands of years, and will continue after Christianity has disappeared.” In 1935, he abolished mandatory prayer in school and in 1938 carols and Nativity plays were banned entirely. By 1941, religious instruction for children fourteen years and up was abolished altogether. This does not sound like a Christian right-wing leader, it sounds like a member of the ACLU (aka: a “D”). As Jeremy Rabkin has argued, the school prayer decisions of the 1960s should be seen as the beginning of the Supreme Court’s role as the primary engine of the American Kulturkampf.
Just as the Nazi attack on Christianity was part of a larger war on the idea of universal truth, the left in our country have created whole postmodern cosmologies to prove that traditional religious morality is a scam, that there are no fixed truths or “natural” categories, and that all knowledge is socially constructed (as the line goes: “So Dark, the Con of Man”). The left in our country have done an insane job of twisting/reversing the facts. The principles, passions and arguments of Liberal fascism have troubling echoes to Nazism. We need to speak up and expose the lies that they are indoctrinating through the MSM, Hollywood and especially our educational system. As Abraham Lincoln warned: “The philosophy of the classroom today will be the philosophy of the government tomorrow.”
As more & more scientists begin to debunk Al Gore’s global warming (as caused by humans) theory, environmental alarmists are looking for ways to legislate it into reality before the truth has a chance to get out. In yet another Democrat abuse of power, Sen. Joe Simitian wants to mandate that global warming be included in all future textbooks approved for California public schools.
“You can’t have a science curriculum that is relevant and current if it doesn’t deal with the science behind climate change,” Simitian told the Mercury News. “This is a phenomenon of global importance and our kids ought to understand the science behind that phenomenon.”
“I find it disturbing that this mandate to teach this theory is not accompanied by a requirement that the discussion be science based and reflect a critical analysis of all sides of the subject,” said Sen. Tom McClintock,
Well that’s exactly the problem isn’t it Senator McClintock. Democrats want to bring back the “Fairness Doctrine”, but want to apply that principle selectively, otherwise we’d be teaching creationism along side the theory of evolution in every school.

Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Gore: 13.2 Bush: 2.1
Professor Olson adds: “In aggregate, the map of the territory Bush won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of this great country. Gore’s territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare…” Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the “complacency and apathy” phase of Professor Tyler’s definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation’s population already having reached the “governmental dependency” phase.
If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegals and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.

A few years back I remember being shocked at the allegations that were being levied toward Debra Lafave, a very attractive & highly intelligent school teacher from Tampa Florida. After watching the details of the story unfold, my shock turned to anger as the details of the case came to light seemingly in slow motion over the next couple years.
Admittedly what I knew of the case came really only from the 10 second sound & video bites that I managed to catch while passing by a TV, or checking the news on the web. Like most I expected fully that from what I knew, she would have the book thrown at her, regardless of her beauty, cuteness, or appearance, because of the severity of her crimes.
As a man I was both very aware of the double standard that men often face in regard to sex crimes when it comes to the perception. Men who commit the same crime that Debra did are often viewed as sex hungry evil monsters with no regard for life or humanity, while often women offenders are portrayed as emotionally unstable, or traumatized, & therefore surely not fully responsible for their actions.
When Debra Lafave’s sentence was handed down, I was completely livid & felt like many did, that had it been a guy against girl offense, the guy would have gotten 10 years hard time minimum. I felt offended that men are so often treated more harshly than women when it comes to handing down a sentence.
But then I recently watched her interview with Matt Lauer, & could not help but see some of the same personality traits possessed by relative of mine. A young woman who like Debra, so seemingly inexplicably engaged in the most bizarre sexual behavior, had an absent (alcoholic) father, anorexia, bulimia, had at least one attempt at suicide, & who eventually developed Bi-polar depression. Now before I go any further, I’m not making total excuses for Debra Lafave, but I am going to clarify that mental illness & childhood issues were certainly a huge factor in her behavior, just like they were in the case of my relative. In the case of my relative no laws were broken, but certainly her behavior was self destructive.
In subsequent years, & in hopes of understanding my family member’s problem, I became interested in the psychology of young females. Watching Debra speak, & looking at her facial expressions & body language told a story that would escape me had it not been for the number of books on child psychology & family issues I’ve read. It is my experienced opinion that Debra Lafave was in fact seriously mentally ill at the time of her offenses, & as a result of a number of factors. I also do not think that she was lying about her feelings or experiences in her interview. I’ve read comments around the web saying that she was “trained in the latest pop psychology.” These people clearly haven’t thought this through. If bipolar wasn’t a legitimate illness, do they think for a minute that insurance companies would pay for the medications? Yet they pay millions every year in benefits to people who suffer from this, because sound scientific medical data supports the claims.
What was most evident to me in her interview was that she had suffered a number of trauma’s that could contribute to post traumatic stress, thus leading to chemical imbalance in the brain. Without knowing her family history however, it’s not possible to know if there is a genetic link to her illness. The loss of her sister would be considered a major trauma. But the bigger question was why did Debra see her sister as the ultimate anchor in her life? My experience tells me that it was likely due to a weak or non existent father figure. It struck me as no co-incidence that Debra’s father has never been mentioned by her in any interview or story I could find.
After watching her come up in the media time & time again, to the point of being obviously being exploited because of her looks, I decided to look into her story. What I’ve found is a case of true mental illness behind a pretty face, & a lot of sick media & idiots that are willing to exploit it for their own reasons. As much as I detest the Main Stream Media, I felt that Matt Lauer actually treated Debra Lafave (now back to her maiden name Beasley) with fairness, & at the same time, did not give her a total pass on her actions.
The place where Debra failed, was where she didn’t ask for help when she knew that her thoughts were becoming irrational. The place where her family failed was when they most surely saw signs of her behavior, & didn’t firmly demand she get help. The place where her doctor at one point failed, was giving a bi-polar patient anti-depressants, instead of a mood stabilizer, with an anti-depressant IF the anti depressant was necessary.. There’s a key question that any patient with emotional distrubances should always be asked; “Do you sometimes feel really excited & happy, & then very sad & depressed within hours, or in the same day?” The answer to that question could uncover whether or not the patient is suffering from bipolar disorder. In fairness to Debra ’s physician, or any other doctor, they can’t easily treat someone who doesn’t give them accurate answers to their questions. I have no way of knowing what the doctor asked in Debra’s case, or how she responded.
Society has failed Debra in that people often overlook signs of mental illness in beautiful people, because they just don’t want to believe it could happen to such a beautiful person. They are too busy either wanting something from them, or lifting them onto a pedestal that only increases the likelihood of severe injury when they finally fall off of it.
Debra Lafave is not a Monster, or a habitual sex offender in my humble opinion. She is a scared little girl who was not given the tools of self esteem that can only come from her father’s affirmation, or after the fact, from God himself. That coupled with a Bi-Polar brain chemistry problem was a recipe for disaster.
To all the “hot for teacher”, photo searching sicko bloggers who have taken joy in her misfortune, lets not forget that you’re as sick as she is (or more accurately was.) I have even seen people who claim to be conservatives call her a pedophile, & yet they make comments about how “they’d still hit it.” You’re sex addicted if you say things like that, so shut your hypocritical mouths & get help yourselves! These are South Park pseudo conservatives with shit for brains, period. Their shallow & uneducated opinions should be immediately disregarded.
Owen Lafave, Debra Beasley’s ex husband did write a book on his own experiences with this tragedy. In his book he describes a distant relationship between Debra & her father, as well as a militant religious upbringing. Of these, the greatest to note is the distant relationship between her & her father. I cannot stress how devastating this is to the psychology of a young woman, no matter how beautiful she is born. Without her father’s affirmation during her pre-teen years, all the way through puberty, she will NOT understand her worth, & will not have normal self esteem.
This is NOT pop psychology either, but a hard cold fact backed by years of sound psychological research.
So what is my message? My message is this, Debra “Lafave” Beasley didn’t get off as easy as one might think by watching the surface stories in the media, or reading the uneducated & perversion laced opinions of even some who claim to be conservatives on the web.
She will likely always need medication to keep her serotonin & dopamine levels stable, & until she has finished her 7 years of probation, she’s required to wear a tracking device. She has also been portrayed as a slut on the internet, & exploited over & over. She will be a registered sex offender for the rest of her life. I want to go on record as saying I think the exploitation is unfair, & that it should stop.
I do not see Debra as having any risk of re-offending, because she’s now getting treatment for her disorder. Of course there’s no way of knowing that, but I think under her circumstances, her defense team’s psychologist probably saved her from herself, & more importantly her untreated illness.
Now I know a lot of people are skeptical of the defense of mental illness. I can’t say I blame you completely, because until it affected my own life & family, I was pretty hard to convince as well. But then when I actually put down my prejudice & investigated the matter, I found that the facts of mental illness are irrefutable. When you think about it logically, you realize it only makes sense. People take Tums for antacid because of problems with the balance in their stomach acid, or Prevacid (the little purple pill) if they have a severe acid reflux. Why? Well in fairness to the facts, sometimes it’s because they do not eat as they should, but other times it’s because the sufferers are overweight due to a hereditary thyroid problem. So as you can see, if the stomach can get out of balance, or the sufferers of Gout can suffer because of acidity in their system, it follows logically that brain chemistry issues must be a legitimate possibility.
I believe that eyes are truly telling, which is why doctors look at them to tell if you’re drunk, on drugs, or have a concussion. In the following picture, I believe Debra was almost completely disconnected from reality, as evidenced by the blank lifeless appearance of her eyes & facial expression.
