It has just come out that last fall, a Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner dashed a foster teen’s hopes of early enlistment for Marine sniper duty, plus a potential $10,000 signing bonus.

In denying the Royal High School student delayed entry into the Marine Corps, Children’s Court Commissioner Marilyn Mackel reportedly told Sage and a recruiter that she didn’t approve of the Iraq war, didn’t trust recruiters and didn’t support the military.

“The judge said she didn’t support the Iraq war for any reason why we’re over there,” said Marine recruiter Sgt. Guillermo Medrano of the Simi Valley USMC recruiting office.

“She just said all recruiters were the same - that they `all tap dance and tell me what I want to hear.’ She said she didn’t want him to fight in it.”

As you can see, the Berkelesque psychosis extends far higher than many people realize. It’s more that pariahs in pink shirts, it’s people with the power to decide the fate of others who are now attacking our marines. This judge should be removed from the bench, because clearly she lacks “sound judgment”.

If anyone doubts that our government is starting to become radicalized & unconstitutional after reading this story, then I’m sorry, you’re probably as crazy as Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Marilyn Mackel.

After reading what she’s done here, & the fascism of it, one has to wonder if the rock singer Marylin Manson’s name wasn’t inspired by California moonbat judge Marylin Mackel. I’ve said it time & time again. What these crazies can’t legislate, they’re attempting to litigate, & sometimes they win. They are warring against our own military now to the highest levels of government, & it has to stop.

A California State appellate court says those who teach children in private must have a “credential”.

Parents who lack teaching credentials cannot educate their children at home, according to a state appellate court ruling that is sending shock waves of anger through California’s home schooling families.

We all know what’s behind the ruling. If the liberals in California can’t get at Conservative Christian children, how an they possibly brainwash them into accepting the gay lifestyle, teach them that their own country is evil & responsible for every problem the world faces, & teach them that the bible is a fairy tale, & evolution is fact? They can’t! & they are fuming over it.

So now they want to violate people’s constitutional rights by telling them they can’t teach their own children.

How then will they enforce this? Are they going to come into people’s homes & take the children away?

If this ruling in California stands, I for one think the gun industry will benefit greatly. The sale of assault rifles & other weapons needed to protect people from a rogue Government will have a tremendous spike once people feel the threat of government trying to take their children away, or forcing them into substandard public schools to have their minds sodomized, while violating their constitutional & more importantly God given right to freedom.

If any of you fools who think you have a right to tell other people what to teach their children are reading this, I implore you to think through this carefully. Because if you thought the wild west was bad, just start trying to take people’s children out of their homes to suit your political & social ideological agendas.

The results will be VERY, VERY deadly bad..

The second amendment gives us the right to bear arms. It also gives us the right to assemble militias to protect ourselves against evil people, & rogue governments.

Nowhere in the Constitution is it stated that the Government has the right to teach our children, or mandate the direction of their teaching, in any way.

It’s a very bad idea to start a civil war in our country, because there are people that will certainly fight it. Time for the rabbid leftists to back off, for the good of the nation as a whole. This threat against the very foundations of our freedom is something people are, & have been willing to fight for to the death if necessary. I don’t think there’s any need for us to go backwards & settle old arguments, but If you try to take children out of homes, or disrupt the lives of good people to force indoctrinate their children, it’s just going to get very, very ugly in this country. Remember I said it, & it was forewarned.. I hope they heed it, instead of pushing good people’s backs against the wall, & causing them to react to defend themselves. ~Dan Lee

I’m going to make a bold prediction. When the authorities in NYC & the FBI find the idiot who set off a poorly build bomb at a recruiting station in NYC, he will turn out to be a leftist extremist who is a domestic terrorist.

This is the truth about the radical left that is leading the Democratic party, exemplified.

Code pink is the west coast lunatic fringe, & it was only a matter of time before they inspired ELF style (violent attacks) on the Military, by their NYC cohorts who’ve forgotten to take their meds.

A terrorist, is a terrorist, is a terrorist.. If caught in the act of trying to blow up a U.S. military facility of ANY kind, including a recruiting center, they should be rounded up as enemy combatants, & sent to the lavish Guantanamo resort in Cuba, where they can join their terrorist friends from all over the world. No trial, just a military tribunal to decide their fate.

If we tolerate this behavior, this nation will collapse, & sadly there are Liberals who want exactly that for this nation. They want to globalize it, & share our resources with the rest of the communists & socialists in the world. We must fight this as a nation, because it’s obviously not what made us the greatest country on earth. Our military (which is who these crazies are attacking) is in great part responsible for our success as a nation. If we don’t defend them, we don’t defend ourselves & our families from the tyranny of communists & socialist nations abroad. That is unacceptable, & it will destroy this nation. People had better wake up to this danger soon, or we will all be living in a very different, & unpleasant environment, very soon.

As more & more scientists begin to debunk Al Gore’s global warming (as caused by humans) theory, environmental alarmists are looking for ways to legislate it into reality before the truth has a chance to get out. In yet another Democrat abuse of power, Sen. Joe Simitian wants to mandate that global warming be included in all future textbooks approved for California public schools.

“You can’t have a science curriculum that is relevant and current if it doesn’t deal with the science behind climate change,” Simitian told the Mercury News. “This is a phenomenon of global importance and our kids ought to understand the science behind that phenomenon.”

“I find it disturbing that this mandate to teach this theory is not accompanied by a requirement that the discussion be science based and reflect a critical analysis of all sides of the subject,” said Sen. Tom McClintock,

Well that’s exactly the problem isn’t it Senator McClintock. Democrats want to bring back the “Fairness Doctrine”, but want to apply that principle selectively, otherwise we’d be teaching creationism along side the theory of evolution in every school.

Berkley California mayor Tom Bates, who claims that the “get out of town resolution” was not mean to “offend” the Marines, is speaking out both sides of his mouth again. As it turns out he saw is way clear to jumping right into the fray by protesting along with the anti-marine nutjobs that call themselves Code Pink. Was there a pink tutu involved there Mayor? Anyway..

On Jan. 29, the city council voted on & approved a resolution that included letters to the Marines telling them that their recruiting station is unwelcome in Berkeley. It also called for an investigation into whether the U.S. military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy for homosexuals violated city anti-discrimination policy.

It never ceases to amaze me that “liberals” can call themselves “liberals”, & then brazenly & apparently completely without conscience, try to impede the free speech of anyone they don’t agree with. The 5th definition of the word Liberal in the Merriam Webster dictionary is: broad-minded; especially : not bound by authoritarianism, orthodoxy, or traditional forms.

Yet the Berkley City Council kooks have called citizens to “impede the progress” of Marines’ recruiting efforts in their City of Jerkeley.. Err.. ummm Berkeley..

Absolutely disgusting human beings, who have squandered the freedom that MARINES fought for. They are the spoiled children of true Freedom & Democracy, for which even some of their own forefathers shed their blood.

For their words & actions, they will now pay the price, & find out out that “Free Speech” cuts both ways, when it is used against a righteous cause, because the righteous have just as much freedom to make their lives miserable as they do ours. That’s what we will do, until they show due respect to those who defend their rights. I’m telling you people, use your heads here. I propose that we visit Berkeley California wearing Marine Camo, & fire off cap guns outside of their city hall all day in protest. Lets make their hatred toward our troops cost them a whole lot of money in police crowd control, & show them what the mere presence of “other” views can do to their budget, on top of the possible sanctions they are facing. I’ve had enough of their hatred of our troops. It’s time these moonbats hear from Real Americans. I’m not convinced that these idiots on the city council there won’t keep trying to push the envelope otherwise.

The Berkeley City Council approved a measure last week urging the Marine recruiters to leave their downtown office.

“If recruiters choose to stay, they do so as uninvited and unwelcome intruders,” the item says.

It goes on to say the council applauds residents and organizations that “volunteer to impede, passively or actively, by nonviolent means, the work of any military recruiting office located in the City of Berkeley.”

In reponse to sanctions proposed by Senator Jim Demint, Berklee’s Mayor responded; “There’s really no correlation between federal funds for schools, water ferries and police communications systems and the council’s actions, for God’s sake,” Bates said.

You want a PR war Sir? well I can give you one. Though I commend you for your apology, words are cheap! If you’d really like to make amends, afford the Recruiting office the same kind of protection from harassment you’d give to oh… let’s say.. a Gay bar? Then I’ll be convinced.
