SAN DIEGO - The Border Patrol says it found a metal wire strung between two border fences in San Diego in an apparent effort to inflict serious injury or even death to its agents.
The agency said the wire would be about four feet high if someone pulled on it from the Mexican side, & would be high enough to strike an officer on all-terrain vehicle in the neck, possibly severing his head.
The border patrol has been under increasing attack by would be illegal immigrants trying to cross into the US from Mexico. Full Story Here

According to a news report in the Portsmouth N.H. Herald, the Clinton campaign skipped town without paying for Rental of Real Estate used during Hillary Clinton’s campaign there, & then made good on it after one of them (Terry Bennett) chased the Campaign for the money. Bennett feels he had to contact the media to get the campaigns attention. That Renter has decided to donate his $500 check to the Obama Campaign in apparent protest.
Still another service provider to the Clinton Campaign claims he is owed over $7,000.00, & has not received a promised check on time.
When Bennett’s story came out, other people contacted the Herald about unpaid bills from the Clinton campaign. Iowa resident Richard Reese is the owner of Top Job Services Inc., a cleaning service in Des Moines. His company was hired in November of last year, prior to the Iowa caucuses, to clean the Clinton campaign headquarters on a regular basis.
Reese provided the Herald with invoices and said he had not seen one penny of the $7,561.70 he is owed. As of Wednesday, he still hadn’t received his money. (02/13/08)
“I got a call on Sunday from the Clinton campaign who said they were putting the money in a two-day envelope,” said Reese. “Today is Wednesday, and I already got the mail, but there’s no check.”
My guess is a lot of white women & Hispanics own rental property around the country. This is a demographic Hillary would need if she were by some miracle be to overcome the shellacking Obama put on her over the weekend. Better not stiff them for the rent Hillary!

Last month I warned Hillary to get out while the gettin’ was still good, because the Obama train was bearing down on her fast, but NOOOOOOOooooo, she wouldn’t listen. Now her political career will be pretty much over.. More proof that there is a God.

Cnn reports that for the second election night in a row, Hillary Clinton failed to acknowledge or congratulate Barack Obama after he won the day in dominating fashion.
Also, Hillary made excuses for her losses, one of which I found to be pretty, well umm.. racist sounding; “Caucus states, the former first lady says, are undemocratic and cater only to party activists. Southern states, like Louisiana, have “a very strong and very proud African-American electorate,” naturally predisposed to favor a black candidate.”
That’s an interesting view for Mrs. Clinton to put forth at this juncture. I would have thought she would have learned her lesson from her stupid MLK remarks..

So before the ink is even dry on the sham of a stimulus package here in the states, President Bush is working on a back room deal with Mexico for a stimulus package for them called the “Merida Initiative“, at YOUR expense. If that’s not bad enough, they are (get this) going to HELP MEXICO FUND THE SECURING OF THEIR SOUTHERN BORDER, to keep illegals out from South America.
I mean I hardly know what to say here. This is a complete betrayal of U.S. citizens by our government, who cannot even provide security on our own border. It is the outrage of outrages, & underscores the claim of many Conservatives (including myself) that the Republican Party has almost completely lost it’s mind.
To achieve this, the President has requested the following: (well under the radar mind you)
To achieve these goals, President Bush has requested $550 million as part of a multi-year program to provide:
* Non-intrusive inspection equipment, ion scanners, canine units for Mexican customs, for the new federal police and for the military to interdict trafficked drugs, arms, cash and persons.
* Technologies to improve and secure communications systems to support collecting information as well as ensuring that vital information is accessible for criminal law enforcement.
* Technical advice and training to strengthen the institutions of justice – vetting for the new police force, case management software to track investigations through the system to trial, new offices of citizen complaints and professional responsibility, and establishing witness protection programs.
* Helicopters and surveillance aircraft to support interdiction activities and rapid operational response of law enforcement agencies in Mexico.
* Initial funding for security cooperation with Central America that responds directly to Central American leaders’ concerns over gangs, drugs, and arms articulated during July SICA meetings and the SICA Security Strategy.
* Includes equipment and assets to support counterpart security agencies inspecting and interdicting drugs, trafficked goods, people and other contraband as well as equipment, training and community action programs in Central American countries to implement anti-gang measures and expand the reach of these measures in the region.
Meanwhile, we are having our men, women, children & even police officer assaulted or murdered on our own soil, by illegal aliens who keep running through that space ON OUR BORDER where they haven’t finished the border fence yet. Is anyone else feeling like there’s flaming blood spurting out of their eyes as they read this? It’s just unbelievable. Go ahead & vote for McCain & his “spanish outreach director” Juan Hernadez. Well, hmmm.. I considered him, I looked into his record & really couldn’t find much substance, other than his apparent support of Shamnesty for illegals. Me thinks he changes his principles to be in harmony with his political aspirations. Here’s why; Mike Huckabee is wearing his Christianity on his sleeve in a way that made me a bit suspicious from the first time I read about him. He’s puttiing out an air of “I’m a Christian, which automatically makes me a Conservative by default, right?” Not so fast! Jessie Jackson is a Minister too, but he certainly isn’t a Conservative or a Republican! For example, I Voted for President Bush who also played the “Faith Card” pretty heavily during his campaign, & I trusted him to do the right thing in stopping Illegals from over-running My Country & stealing my tax dollars. He & the Republican led Congress at the time failed, plain & simple.
Mike Huckabee, is proving something to me that I hate to admit as a Christian myself. Christians in America are so desperate for a true Conservative that they’re willing to fall over themselves to endorse anyone who does campaign ads with a cross in the background. Well let me bring you back to reality, the cross is just a cheap prop if you don’t have the record to back it up, & the hard truth is that Mike Huckabee’s record on being a true conservative is pretty abysmal. David Brody of CBN news, writes about Huckabee’s “Theology degree” gaff in this Dec. 14th article, & practically coos over Huckabee in a way that’s reminiscent of how CNN, & all the liberal media outlets softballed the Clintons with leading questions during their very brief coverage of the Whitewater scandal.. Wake up Evangelicals! Softball sucks when you’re supposed to be scrutinizing the guy who wants to be leader of the free world! Read it for yourself:
