Mexico Slams U.S. for Executing Mexican Rapist, Killer

Jose Ernesto Medellin

NUEVO LAREDO, Mexico — Mexico’s government condemned Texas’ execution of Jose Medellin despite a world court order to review the case, expressing concern for the rights of other Mexicans detained in the United States.

You know, I think Mexico may have a point here. Our values are much too strict & consistent for the rejects they allow to flood out of their country & into ours. This has all been a terrible mistake, so I think they should (in the interest of preserving the “rights” of their own people) take back anyone that’s in the U.S. illegally. That way whenever they commit horrendous crimes back in Mexico, they can call up the world court & figure out how best to appease everyone involved.

Now I don’t know about Mexico, but in Texas & the U.S. abroad, the right to murder & rape defenseless teenage girls & then strangle them to death with a shoe string is not granted under our Constitution & therefore, not protected. If you want that, you have to go elsewhere.

So seeing as how we’re denying these rights to Mexico’s “citizens abroad” & clearly upsetting the Mexican government by doing so, I propose an immediate co-operative effort between the U.S. & Mexico. We’ll bus them to the border, all Mexico has to do is bus them into the Mexican city of their choice. I suggest one with a low crime rate, since illegal immigrants have shown a propensity to commit crime by crossing the border illegally in the first place.

That way Mexico’s lower crime cities can balance out & their crime rate will be consistent across the board. Everyone is happy. Mexico has their persecuted rejects back & we have safer streets & more money to help our own legal citizens when they come into our hospital emergency rooms without medical insurance.

It’s a Win/Win situation! Give it some thought Mexico! Muchos Gracias!

My heartfelt condolences go out to the families of murder victims Jennifer Ertman & Elisabeth Pena. These two girls were murdered in part, because Mexico refuses to secure its own border between The US & Mexico. Personally, I will look at my “made in” labels closer when I make purchases from now on. I’ll do everything I can to avoid giving money to a country that seems to be a terrarium for home grown domestic terrorists.

Witnesses said Medellin later bragged about the assault and described using a shoelace to strangle one of the girls because he didn’t have a gun. Medellin, then 19, also “put his foot on her throat because she would not die,” according to a state legal brief.

It seems to me that Mexico should be thanking us for protecting their female customs agents. Jose Ernesto Medellin will never show up in their returned merchandise lane, unless its in a wooden box. We can guarantee them with 100% certainty that he won’t be raping, torturing, beating, or murdering anyone upon his return to Mexico. Not a bad deal since we paid all the monetary & emotional expenses for putting up with him & putting him down too.

2 Border Agents not just “Railroaded”, they were “Bullet Trained” by apparently Corrupt Officials.

Wednesday, July 30th, 2008

VERY IMPORTANT News From GlennBeck.com:

In February 2005 BP agents Ramos and Compean were on routine patrol down in Fabens, Texas along the border. A drug smuggler was detected — well, they didn’t know he was smuggling drugs yet. A border breach was detected by Compean, he radioed it in. They gave chase to a van, started to speed back toward the border. The individual, which is Aldrete Davila, he abandoned the van and decided to head for the border on foot. At the time other border patrol agents joined the pursuit and the drug smuggler confronted Compean on the other side of a drainage ditch on his way back to Mexico. At the time Compean tried to arrest him, he tried to apprehend him, they got into a scuffle and shots were fired. In the meantime Ramos is climbing down this drainage ditch to assist his fellow border agent. He hears shots fired. As he emerges, he sees Compean on the ground, he sees a drug smuggler running away. He shoots at him. He thinks he has a gun. He doesn’t know what’s happening. He shoots at him. He hits him, but he doesn’t know he hit him because the guy kept running and escapes back to Mexico, where on the other side of the border there were other people waiting to pick him up and take him away.

As they walk back, they noticed that inside this van is a million dollars worth of marijuana, about 750 pounds. So other agents are on scene including two supervisors. The mistake they made, they did not orally report the shooting.

GLENN: But it’s important at this point of the story to know that supervisors were on the scene.

SETMAYER: Yes.

GLENN: Others were there. It is almost a loophole there that they nailed them on and said, well, they didn’t report the shooting. The idea was they didn’t need to report the shooting. People were on the scene.

SETMAYER: That’s right. And border patrol regulations state that they’re only supposed to orally report it. That supervisor is supposed to file a written report. So this is a policy violation. It’s not criminal. Well, three weeks go by. They catalog the drugs. You know, the guy absconded, he escaped to New Mexico. You know, routine day on the border so one would think. Anyone who knows or is familiar with what’s going on in the southern border, it’s a war zone there. So the fact that they weren’t shot is actually a good thing.

A few weeks go by and we find out that the Department of Homeland Security has opened up an internal affairs investigation because the drug smuggler that they shot grew up with a border patrol agent in Arizona. The incident happened in Texas. Their families talk and they find out that Aldrete Davila has been shot by a border agent. So this agent in Arizona takes it upon himself to research what’s going on, look for the shooting report.

Out of Respect for Glenn & all the hard work he & his investigative team have done on this, I will not copy & paste this entire story here on my site. Please go here for the complete story.

To those of you who read my site, I implore you to go to Glenn’s site & read this story, as well as listen to the audio. There have been few stories that I think are as important for EVERY American to be aware of, as this one.

I have a sick feeling that this conviction, & the decision of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans to uphold four of the convictions against Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean, including those that resulted in their lengthy sentence is nothing more than a Political move in an election year; & that somewhere down the line we will find out that these to Border Patrol agents have been the victim of a sort of game of political “Hot Potato” to eventually avoid offending the open borders latino voters.

Whatever the motivation was, it’s becoming clear that this case stinks like SHIT, period.. The two agents are in solitary confinement, (for their own protection) & can only come out of their cell one hour a day from what I understand. Doesn’t sound like their mental health would be “protected” under those circumstances.

If this stands, we will be effectively declaring open season on Border Guards, & rendering them virtually defenseless & understandably reluctant to do their job. Perhaps that’s what was behind this horrible judgment, & the withholding of evidence from the Jury in this case. These sentences should never have been handed down, & be pardoned by Bush at the very least.

It’s time to light up the phones & fill the e-mail boxes of your Congressmen. We cannot let two good men rot in jail, & write them off as dispensable collateral damage in a political war over immigration policy. They are Americans, not American politicians. After seeing what has been done to them, I will certainly always draw a distinction from this day forward.

Not proud of my Government today, ~Dan Lee

How Dangerous is McCain & Huckabee’s co-called “Humane Path to Citizenship?”

Wednesday, February 13th, 2008

A friend of mine sent this to me in e-mail. Thanks Joe!
I don’t think anyone could have better illustrated the destructive path we’re on if we continue to toy with the idea of granting amnesty to illegal aliens.

Begin e-mail:
About the time our original thirteen states adopted their new constitution in 1787, Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh, had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years earlier:

“A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government.”

“A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.”

“From that moment on, the majority always vote for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.”

“The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years”

“During those 200 years, those nations always progressed through the following sequence:
1. from bondage to spiritual faith;
2. from spiritual faith to great courage;
3. from courage to liberty;
4. from liberty to abundance;
5. from abundance to complacency;
6. from complacency to apathy;
7. from apathy to dependence;
8. from dependence back into bondage”

Professor Joseph Olson of Hemline University School of Law,St. Paul, Minnesota, points out some interesting facts concerning the 2000 Presidential election:

Number of States won by: Gore: 19 Bush: 29

Square miles of land won by: Gore: 580,000 Bush: 2,427,000

Population of counties won by: Gore: 127 million Bush: 143 million

Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Gore: 13.2 Bush: 2.1

Professor Olson adds: “In aggregate, the map of the territory Bush won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of this great country. Gore’s territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare…” Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the “complacency and apathy” phase of Professor Tyler’s definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation’s population already having reached the “governmental dependency” phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegals and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.
If you are in favor of this, then by all means, delete this message.

If you are not, then pass this along to help everyone realize just how much is at stake, knowing that apathy is the greatest danger to our freedom. Contact your Representative in Congress, & be sure to visit the link to Michelle Malkin’s site below, which all is all about the egregious $ 1.5 billion dollar financial donation to Mexico at the expense of U.S. taxpayers to secure THEIR SOUTHERN border. May I take this opportunity to also remind you we have a 9.2 Trillion dollar deficit, much of which is owed to China.

Thanks for reading. Please pass this along to all of your friends!
End e-mail.

After reading this, do you wonder why Bush is trying to get the money to secure Mexico’s border with South America, instead of our Southern border? Sheer insanity…

Hazleton PA Mayor Lou Barletta to Run for Congress! Support him Nationally! Blog! Blog!

Saturday, February 9th, 2008

This is one of Anti-Illegal Immigration warriors we need to replace some of the dinosaurs in Congresswith. He’s a guy who Democrats are increasingly terrified of, so they are looking for petty things to attack him about.

Bartella is the Mayor of Hazelton PA who highlighted the stabbing death of a 20-year-old Milton woman by an illegal Honduran immigrant released by U.S. border patrols, Mr. Barletta said he would take the illegal-immigration fight to Washington as “a leader with real courage, real vision, and the ability to tackle problems before they become a crisis.”

“I realized that I’m not just fighting for Hazleton any more. I’m fighting for people all over the country who want their voices heard,” Barletta said. “I’ve done as much as I can fighting illegal immigration as the mayor of a city. I need to take this fight to Washington , because that’s where the problem needs to be fixed.”

Please take the time to check Lou Barletta out on the video below, as he talks about the tragedies that inspired him to take action. I think we need to support a this man who introduced one of the strictest local government Anti-Illegal Alien laws of all time, & even after a liberal Clinton appointed Federal Judge struck down his law, he has kept fighting for his city. I Dan Lee officially endorse Lou Barletta for Congress in PA.

If you want to know why it’s so important that we elect him, please check out “I have a plan to destroy America” — by Richard D. Lamm over at Michelle Malkin’s website.

Mike Huckabee is your Karma Chameleon

Tuesday, December 18th, 2007

Well, hmmm.. I considered him, I looked into his record & really couldn’t find much substance, other than his apparent support of Shamnesty for illegals. Me thinks he changes his principles to be in harmony with his political aspirations. Here’s why; Mike Huckabee is wearing his Christianity on his sleeve in a way that made me a bit suspicious from the first time I read about him. He’s puttiing out an air of “I’m a Christian, which automatically makes me a Conservative by default, right?” Not so fast! Jessie Jackson is a Minister too, but he certainly isn’t a Conservative or a Republican! For example, I Voted for President Bush who also played the “Faith Card” pretty heavily during his campaign, & I trusted him to do the right thing in stopping Illegals from over-running My Country & stealing my tax dollars. He & the Republican led Congress at the time failed, plain & simple.

Mike Huckabee, is proving something to me that I hate to admit as a Christian myself. Christians in America are so desperate for a true Conservative that they’re willing to fall over themselves to endorse anyone who does campaign ads with a cross in the background. Well let me bring you back to reality, the cross is just a cheap prop if you don’t have the record to back it up, & the hard truth is that Mike Huckabee’s record on being a true conservative is pretty abysmal. David Brody of CBN news, writes about Huckabee’s “Theology degree” gaff in this Dec. 14th article, & practically coos over Huckabee in a way that’s reminiscent of how CNN, & all the liberal media outlets softballed the Clintons with leading questions during their very brief coverage of the Whitewater scandal.. Wake up Evangelicals! Softball sucks when you’re supposed to be scrutinizing the guy who wants to be leader of the free world! Read it for yourself:

http://www.cbn.com/cbnnews/287527.aspx

For the real story on just one of the many troubling policy positions that Huckabee takes, check out his support of Tuition for Illegals in the following video clip. In his own words he spews sympathy for a student that wasn’t elligible for financial aid, because his parents came here, & brought him here illegally. Well you know what? Maybe they should pay his tuition, since they put him in that terrible position in the first place? Why should he step ahead of students who are legal United States citizens to get a piece of the financial pie that we tax payers baked with our own hard labor? I’m sick of it.. He’s talking tough at campaign time, but not so much in the past, as this video will show you. I want a real Conservative to vote for, not the “hold my nose & vote” kind.. If we could just get Fred Thompson to stop doing his best imitation of “Weekend at Bernies”, we might have a better canditate to vote for. ~ Dan Lee
