Now, Pop has been branded a criminal because as he often does when he’s trying to hear someone better, he leaned into a Greensboro Police officer & put his hand on their shoulder to both acknowledge them, & hear them better since he’s hard of hearing these days.
Here’s what I think. This was idiotic, & an abuse of power.
I have sent a letter to the department, asking them to drop the charges.
If they do not, I will of course proceed to find out what motivated this poor judgment.
I am generally a Police advocate, but there’s nothing I hate more than a Robocop who beats up on people just because he can.
Some good questions that will be explored by this journalist if these charges aren’t dropped, & since it was a completely irrational reaction to have to a 78 year old man with no violent past, would be;
Since this was an Barack Hussein Obama rally, what is the Political affiliation of the officer(s) involved, & are the pro Iraq War, or against?
I mean the Police like to do investigations, & so do we journalists, so lets really dig into this.
Was it Racially Motivated? I’m not sure what race the officers involved are, so we’d have to look into that.
Do you wonder why I’m saying all this? Well it’s because an irrational reaction by Greensboro Police leaves a lot of questions unanswered. I want them answered, because if we allow this to happen, we will become immune to it eventually, & we’ll be living under Oligarchy for sure. In the country I grew up in, Police don’t normally wrestle down 78 year old men armed with only a few home made paper signs, & an American Flag T-Shirt, & bend his arms behind his back. I have personally never been arrested in my life. (Maybe that will change if I where an American Flag shirt & support the troops in the streets?) If this happened to me, I’d certainly be going to court against the officer involved.
If they do the right thing, which would be to drop the charges & apologize for over-reacting, I will update this post appropriately, & with that response, as well as thank them for doing the right thing.
But for now I say: Deplorable… Absolutely deplorable..

I found this story buried pretty deeply in the recesses of foxbusiness.com, & though I know how biased & United States hating the Mainstream Media really is, it still surprises me what little scrutiny Obama is receiving over these charges.
This has now become more than a partisan issue, it’s an issue of the integrity of the office of the President of the United States, as well as our national security.

Without ever researching the science behind it, they bought into the lie that incandescent Mercury filled light bulbs that are believed to contribute to cancer would be better for us all, & in effect, mandated their use in homes & business by the year 2012. I don’t know who’s dimmer, these bulbs, or the lawmakers who signed them into law. I do know this though, just as in the case of the reformulated gasoline, their reaching into YOUR pockets to MORE THAN cover the cost of “Going Green.” I’ve also noticed that cars are pinging more than ever, which can slowly cause engine damage. I’m looking into whether this is a result of the reformulated gas, & I suspect it is. Again, the additional costs to fix your motor will come out of YOUR pocket unless we class action the oil companies who are screwing with it. But back to those light bulbs, which are a pretty good scam I’d say.. I mean actually getting people to pay them to put Mercury poison filled light bulbs in their houses, as well as raising your cancer & migraine headache risk. Oh, & by the way, you can’t just throw a Mercury filled bulb in the trash, because it’ll end up in a landfill, & then eventually in the water supply after it rains on that land fill. So guess who will pay to dispose of them? YOU!

This young lady is going to do more great things, because of her courage, & faith. In Sept. 2006, She was abducted by a madman, & unfortunately the Police failed her by labeling her as a runaway without cause. No amber alert was issued even though she was only 14, & had no history of trouble or running away. Her fate was in hands of God & her alone. While I may not personally have chose to depict the Mohammed in cartoons or otherwise to make a point, I fully & wholly support the free speech rights of ANYONE to draw or depict ANYTHING they want, without the threat of violence. It certainly would not have been because any group or individual tells me that I can’t draw or display a picture of whatever I want to. As a Christian I have endured many distasteful depictions of Jesus Christ, but I do not run around burning houses down & murdering people because I don’t agree with their view of my God. Berkley California mayor Tom Bates, who claims that the “get out of town resolution” was not mean to “offend” the Marines, is speaking out both sides of his mouth again. It also called for an investigation into whether the U.S. military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy for homosexuals violated city anti-discrimination policy.
It never ceases to amaze me that “liberals” can call themselves “liberals”, & then brazenly & apparently completely without conscience, try to impede the free speech of anyone they don’t agree with. The 5th definition of the word Liberal in the Merriam Webster dictionary is: broad-minded; especially : not bound by authoritarianism, orthodoxy, or traditional forms.

Apparently ESPN thinks they can just tell Christians to shut up & go away. He is very, very wrong. “No more meetings,” said Mike Soltys, Executive Vice President of Communications for ESPN. Soltys confirmed that no more disciplinary actions will be taken against Jacobson and said her remarks were only directed at Notre Dame football. Dr. Gary L. Cass, of the Christian Anti-Defamation Commission asked for tapes of the event to be released so Jacobson’s words could be verified. Soltys refused and said that the tapes will not be made public. Well what do you have to hide ESPN? Make the apology, or show us the tape.
Speaking at an event in Atlantic City, N.J., to honor ESPN Radio personalities Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic, Jacobson, apparently intoxicated, let go with extremely vulgar remarks like “Fuck Notre Dame,” “Fuck Touchdown Jesus” and finally “Fuck Jesus.”
As I reported here, ESPN has held others to a higher standard of accountability for making less controversial comments. As I’ve pledged to both my Christian brothers & sisters, as well as Jesus himself, I will not stop writing about this until one of three things happens.
(1.) She apologizes directly to ALL Christians for her remarks.
(2.) She is fired for not apologizing to ALL Christians for her remarks.
(3.) ESPN releases an unedited video of her remarks, which we know that they have in her possession.
That’s it ESPN.. It’s not too much to ask under the circumstances.
I’ve been seeing liberal media elites around the web running to the aid of Dana Jacobson by accusing Christians of being unforgiving, yet last year they nearly universally called for Grey’s anatomy actor Isaiah Washington’s head on a platter until they finally got it, because he called someone a “fagot” in an argument. Don Imus was portrayed by the same as spawn of satan for saying “Nappy Headed Hoes” in reference to the Rutgers girls basketball team, & dropped by his network as a result.
So again, why the double standard from these main stream media hypocrites? How can they justify letting a blatantly vulgar insult to Jesus Christ himself & all Christians stand, by letting Dana Jacobson keep her job without apologizing specifically for her insult to Jesus?
I’d like her to explain to me what Jesus did to her to both deserve the vulgar public insult, & then never receive a public apology? What Dana? What did he do to you?

I want these media morons who can’t control their mouths to see that when you hurt people without even giving an honest apology, you are going to pay a price! I want her to apologize to Jesus & all Christians publicly. THEN, & ONLY THEN, will I stop calling for her to be fired.
Religious rights leader, Rev. Pat Mahoney of the Christian Defense Coalition, Thursday called for picketing and a prayer vigil outside ESPN’s Bristol, Conn., headquarters Friday at noon. He told Cybercast News Service that he plans to continue with the demonstration as planned.
“I respect Bill and the Catholic League, and I understand why he might do so,” Mahoney said. “But ESPN has to step up to the plate here. Imagine the outrage if Ms. Jacobson said, ‘F–k Mohammed,’ ‘F–k Jews,’ or ‘F–k African-Americans.’”
“We’re simply asking that the parent company of ESPN, ABC, treat this incident the same way they did when Isaiah Washington publicly used the word ‘fag’ when referring to a cast member,” Mahoney said. “Although the faith community can forgive and extend mercy to Ms. Jacobson, she still must assume full responsibility and accept the consequences for her hate-filled rhetoric.”
Again, I promise ESPN I will write about this ever week until we get a specific & sincere apology from Dana Jacobson for maligning the name of Jesus Christ without an apology, or she is fired. We need better quality personnel in media, & this slap on the wrist she was given is not how to set the example.

Clinton supporters in the form of a teacher’s union, & a Law firm with ties to the Clinton’s tried to “litigate the vote” in Nevada today, but failed.
LAS VEGAS — A federal judge ruled this afternoon that Nevadans can caucus in casinos on Saturday, which may help Barack Obama, who was endorsed by the union representing the casino workers, and frustrating Hillary Clinton supporters, & Bill Clinton who argued that the special voting sites were unfair to other voters.
Members of a local teacher’s union challenged the creation of the nine “at large” caucus sites, saying they gave unfair advantage to workers on the Las Vegas Strip. The sites were established to ensure that casino workers for whom Saturday is the busiest workday would be able to make it in time to a caucus site, and wouldn’t have to return to their home precinct. The Democratic caucuses are set to begin at 11 a.m. Nevada time.
See Bill Clinton go postal when he gets called out on the disenfranchisement scheme that would likely have disenfranchised some Obama voters.. Now remember, if Obama didn’t get the endorsement of the Union that represents most of these workers, Bill Clinton & the teacher’s union would not have filed this suit, because then it would have been Hillary getting the more powerful delegate impact of the 9 smaller precincts being set up for the Casino workers.
While watching the video below, keep in mind that Clinton’s “this is a one man one vote country” does not apply to primary caucuses, & he know this. Federal rules do not apply to each states rights on how to choose a primary candidate, & therefore each state does it a little differently. 1 man (or Woman) & 1 vote applies only to the Presidential campaign between the 2 final remaining
candidates for President. Even in that case, each state is awarded a different number of electoral votes based on a number of factors.
Clinton has been a Governor, & the President of the United States. I think it’s rather disgusting how he “plays dumb” & makes mis-statements on a subject he knows inside & out. Hey here’s a practical question. If you don’t understand the rules going into an election, should you really be in it in the first place? Notice also that he says “they” trying to distance himself from the Democratic party just for this moment, to appear impartial. Since he has a direct interest in the suit’s outcome as a Democrat, should he be saying “we didn’t realize”, instead of “They”?
Democrats are pulling out one of the oldest tricks in their play book right now, which is the manufacturing of a “controlled recession.” This is a time honored tactic of the democrats, & sadly unless the public looks at the facts, it can be convincing, especially when the Main Stream Media is right on board with the plan. CNN writes today that: Housing starts and building permits plunged in December much more than expected, resulting in a full-year decline in new home construction that was the sharpest drop in 27 years.
And there is little sign things will get better soon.

The Media makes money off of fear mongering, & the Democrats get votes from people by saying that the government will take care of the recession by being nice Pelosis, & cutting taxes when it’s politically advantageous to them. It pretty much sums up Politicians in Washington & beyond these days. I think it’s time we swap those signs around, & then give it a good flushing. Here’s a great example. Now that Nevada Casino employees are widely backing Obama, followers of the Clinton machine are trying to change the rules by litigation to steal the Nevada election. It’s the liberal democrat way.. Whatever they can’t legislate, they litigate! Be sure to watch the video in that article, where Bill Clinton, completely goes off the rails when confronted about it by a reporter. ~ Dan Lee
Watch Clinton come completely unglued as he tries to defend the Lawsuit his wife’s supporters have filed against the right of Nevada casino workers to have easier access to voting because of their Saturday work schedule. It appears that Clinton supporters had no problem with this, until they found out that most of the support among the workers was for Barack Obama.
A trip to the CHRC website seems to indicate that they are pretty well outside of the boundries of their original purpose in pursuing this complaint in the first place.
Syed Soharwardy, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Canada, filed a complaint against editor Ezra Levant, after the Western Standard published cartoons that are alleged to have depicted Muhammad, which included a Muslim man with a bomb-shaped turban, and the commission is now “investigating.” (Again, as if they have a right to..) In many ways they are Canada’s version of another organization that’s gone terrible astray in the United States, the ACLU.
Mr. Levant called his appearance before the human rights commission “an interrogation.”
“To me, this is offensive,” he said.
“A secular government bureaucracy has essentially been hijacked by a radical Muslim imam,” he said. “It’s being used to further his fatwa against these cartoons.”
“We have a great tradition of free speech in Canada,” he said.
“My freedom to publish a cartoon that some radical Muslim imam doesn’t like, well that’s the free west for ya.”
People in Canada & the United States alike, had better wake up to the agenda of Radical Muslims, that is to impose their laws & values on the rest of us. On the following video you can see that Muslims in this country admit that they want to impose their values on the rest of the country, & there are clearly plenty of moonbats who are willing to drown out the speech of anyone who opposes them. It’s more proof to me that the only kind of “Liberty” liberals in the United States & Canada embrace, is the kind of “liberty” they approve of. That’s not liberty at all, now is it..
We cannot afford as a society to leave Mr. Ezra Levant alone in this battle to protect his freedom, & we must all heed the following words from Pastor Martin Niemoller’s address to the US Congress in 1968, the year of my birth.

I was not a Jew, therefore I was not concerned.
And when Hitler attacked the Catholics,
I was not a Catholic, and therefore, I was not concerned.
And when Hitler attacked the unions and the industrialists,
I was not a member of the unions and I was not concerned.

When Radical Islam attacks the free speech of journalists with the help of the Canadian or any other government, we had all better be very concerned.
P.S. On an interesting note about the Canadian Human Rights Commission, if you click on their complaint link, it’s broken.. I guess that kind of speech is also discouraged. Go Figure.. I expected nothing more from them.

Apparently she thinks that the reason she doesn’t see as many “Saints” these days, is because of the development of psychotropic drugs. She believes apparently from her statement that all of the the over 10,000 known Saints who’ve been canonized since the 10th century were all hearing voices, & must have suffered from schizophrenia. Now lets examine how much bigger Joy Behar’s mouth is, than is her intellectual capacity to understand Catholic customs in the first place, or… Maybe she’s just too lazy & careless to study it before opening that well over-used gap on her face, you know with religion being such a light subject & all. Canonization, the process the Church uses to name a saint, has only been used since the tenth century. For hundreds of years, starting with the first martyrs of the early Church, saints were chosen by public acclaim. Though this was a more democratic way to recognize saints, some saints’ stories were distorted by legend and some never existed. Gradually, the bishops and finally the Vatican took over authority for approving saints.
In 1983, Pope John Paul II made sweeping changes in the canonization procedure. The process begins after the death of a Catholic whom people regard as holy. Often, the process starts many years after death in order give perspective on the candidate. The local bishop investigates the candidate’s life and writings for heroic virtue (or martyrdom) and orthodoxy of doctrine. Then a panel of theologians at the Vatican evaluates the candidate. After approval by the panel and cardinals of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints, the pope proclaims the candidate “venerable.”
Ok, now Joy, if you ever read, & end up reading this? My best advice to you is to stop putting your foot in your mouth.
